What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! The description of the house was accurate, plenty of space for a family event.

Putting a bed in a room does not make it a bedroom. Several rooms did not have a closet and one did not have a door. the downstairs fridge dispensed a piece of metal from the ice maker into a glass. We found an exploded can in the ice maker. Imagine what might have happened if someone swallowed that piece of metal. The upstairs fridge ice maker was removed and the main burner on the range didn't work. The pool table is unplayable I cleaned bird poop off the air hockey table there was no ball for the fooze ball table the basketballs needed air the sliding game table surface was destroyed. The deck overlooking the pool has many loose screws and exposed nails. I questioned the structual integerty. There is not enough dinning seating on the main level. The beds were great and the place was mostly clean bit for 900 a night, I expected more.

This was a great place for our large extended family to stay for a wedding weekend! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep but also have privacy!

We recently stayed for three nights with a group of 15 adults attending a professional conference, and it was the great space for our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness of the home. Almost all sleeping areas had their own private bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our large group and added convenience. The house was clean aside from a few carpet and mattress stains. The mansion’s two fully-equipped kitchens made our stay really easy for everyone. The owners went above and beyond by providing all the essential supplies in bulk, ensuring we had everything we needed without any worry. The location was another highlight, with easy access to restaurants, parks, and hiking trails. While parking was somewhat limited given the size of the group this property can accommodate, the owners granted an exception for additional vehicles, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend to any large group looking for a spacious and well-equipped home base for their travels.

Fantastic stay! The home was gorgeous and very inviting. It was a peaceful oasis during an exciting wedding weekend. Our hosts were very helpful with all of our questions. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Villa Rica, GA area

We stayed here from FL to flee Hurricane Milton. Our host was great and check in process was smooth. The only critique I had was that some of the dishes and cookware were dirty and we had to rewash but that was no big deal. We loved the spaciousness of the place and we all got to have our own space. A very nice property with something for everyone. The location was great and quiet, perfect for a family gathering. Toys, games, and the pool were great. There was plenty of refrigeration and kitchen items. Parking space was great. The host was nice and communicated throughout the process. Rentals are difficult, so the rules are no different than a hotel. I would give 5 stars overall except there were gnats alive and dead throughout the home. It could use a deep cleaning. Dust webs in the bathrooms, showers smelled like YMCA, very dusty refrigerator tops, and half clean silverware in the drawers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from the host again at this or maybe another property.

We came as 19 business associates who were travelling into Atlanta for a business conference over four days. This was the perfect space to wake up to in the morning lots of space, especially with the second kitchen to get everybody up, fed and off to their conference. What I love about the house is it’s comfortable even and it doesn’t feel like there’s 19 people in the house. It’s well laid out. You’ve got the pool between conference times to come back and relax and enjoy and unwind. Everyone loved the house. Our host and hostess were amazing they stayed out of our way and let us do our thing but were there if we needed them. Highly recommend this home for a conference or teambuilding getaway. With its peaceful surroundings and double everything kitchen living space laundry room you couldn’t ask for a better retreat space for business group.

Stayed at this property for a week with adults and teens for a baseball tournament. Owner was great, house was clean and stocked for everything needed. Would highly recommend.

This home was perfect for our large family of 19 total people. Ten adults and nine children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years old. The pool was the center attraction. The kids loved it and adults also. There are many play activities for everyone. This place gave us the perfect venue to reunite with the family and be together. The beds are very comfortable. We loved it and will stay again.

We had a great stay in this home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed all the fun games and pool to swim in. The house was well stocked with necessities and the kitchen had an abundance of cookware. Everything was clean and tidy and the check in & out process was very smooth. The location was great because it had a rural country feel but only a short drive to area attractions, restaurants, and the airport. We would stay here again and highly recommend

Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great.
