On the 3rd floor, you will find two master bedrooms, each featuring a king bed; the primary master suite offers a lovely view overlooking the pool and Canal leading to Boot Harbour. The 1st floor includes two additional bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, including a bath conveniently located just inside from the pool area. Thelaundry facilities are also located on this level. The 2nd floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a great room that encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas.
