Relaxing, quiet, clean and loved watching the boats in the harbor. Directions and Instructions were good.

Great place to stay in the keys. I wished we had stated there a few days more!

Great location. Quiet and relaxing.

As your checkout letter was thorough, I’ll give a detailed review. Two safety issues: dipping pool was unusable as the railing was extremely loose with broken tiles around the bottom; and master bath soap dish on the wall has been broken/glued, however there are sharp edges. The ice dispenser was broken, kind of something you need in south Florida. The place is surface cleaned, but the carpets need shampooing. We loved the charm of the unit and the location. Marathon is centrally located and has much to offer. We enjoyed our vacation.

Oh my gosh this was probably the best place I've ever stayed. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work but that was the only issue we had while we were there and no we did not contact the property manager because we were out more than we were in. When we were there however the iguanas were the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. I can't even tell you how much they made the trip memorable. Everything about this rental went with ease from the beginning to check out. I'm sad they are selling the property because I would probably continue renting this place in the future due to everything; location, the property overall, cleanliness, the iguanas, the beds were comfortable, and it gave us everything we needed!!EVERYTHING was wonderful except the dishwasher.

We used the pull out couch, hadn’t been cleaned. It was clear very light cleaning had been done to the property, bathroom was not up to my standard of cleanliness but most of my friends didn’t mind. Other than that, property was as expected by photos.

Place was clean, location is great, beds are comfortable, unit has more space than some of others in area, design is nicely done, communications about check-in and check-out went smoothly.There was some little things like missing plunger, ice maker leaking (we didn't see sign right away), hot tub appears to have a leak, very little silverware, check out policy is overly strict, dock was inaccessible.The price was on the lower end compared to similar units, we don't come to duck key to sit around in apartment, so this worked out great for us.All in all we had an excellent trip.

The unit was as advirtised - clean and conveniently located to activities in the Marathon area. Check in and check out were easy, and the management company was quick to communicate with questions we had.

This is a great spot if you’re coming to the keys. The location made it easy for day trips to visit other keys. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy. The location was clean and we enjoyed spending time on the outside patio watching the sunrise. The beds were comfy, the WiFi was fast and we loved being able to stream Netflix and Disney at night. It’s also walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

Excellent location off the main drag with quiet stay and perfect place to have as a base of operation for sightseeing and fishing.

Neat and clean and comfortable with a private deck. The major problem was the spa didn't work, probably had not worked for a long time because where the on button was supposed to be was a hole in the deck. So it was just a pool of stagnant water.Also, since both bathrooms are upstairs not a condo for people with mobility issues.

Loved this place, felt more home like then staying at a resort or hotel. Will be returning

Absolutely perfect if you want peace and quiet without hustle and bustle. You can eat at the Angler and Ale, but other Hawks Cay restaurants require you to be a resort guest. Very good restaurants within 10-20 minutes. Dolphin Connection was amazing. The best place to go to see the complete sunset is Sunset Grille (about 20 minutes) which is a fun atmosphere with friendly staff.

Our family had an amazing trip to the Keys. We were able to drive to several different Islands in a short amount of time. Great restaurants around as well!

Everything was just as advertise. Tina, the host, was great, responsive, and gave us some ideas of where to eat. I recommend this unit. Hope to go bac soon!

It’s small but jus perfect for our family ?

We came down from the east coast of Florida. We have stayed at the Hawks Cay resort before about 5 years ago in a similar town home and really loved the area. This property was beautiful, comfortable, great location close to Marathon and Islamorada. The residence was clean, very accomodating, and we had a great time here. Highly recommend it!,

We had an amazing time staying here with its central location to all the Keys and its peacefulness off the main islands. The little plunge pool in the back was a great supplement and extracurricular activity for the family.

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The dip pool is anything but. The size of a a small hot tub without the bubbles and heat. Not really worth advertising. Additionally, there is a beautiful boardwalk out back but, you can’t get to it. It’s all boarded up and not accessible. We did really enjoy Duck Key as it’s centrally located in the Keys and the grounds are really nice and well maintained.

Nice little condo with a wonderful patio. The showers are great and the beds are nice as well. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was great.
