Cute place. Very clean. Had all the usual utensils and such. Very pet friendly. Will stay there next time we’re in Burns.

This was a great place for my friend and I to stay for the (unfortunately cancelled) Migratory Bird Festival. Nice little kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Even with the main road a block away and Safeway across the street it never seemed noisy and it is a short walk to the main part of town. My wife was going to come with the dogs but we had to change that plan and that was no a problem. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm back this way.

I stayed one night with my two dogs on a road trip. The property is clean and very pet friendly. Safeway is right across the street which I consider a bonus. I would stay here again if I am passing through Burns.

Comfy bed, adequate kitchen and bath, easy location, right across street from Safeway. check-in should have been easy, but combo lock jammed and had to contact VRBO ( didn’t have host’s number). Took about a half hour with VRBO, but once they contacted host, response was very quick (about 5-10 min after contact with host for person to arrive to unlock door). Wish they had broadcast tv channels with Olympics on, but for the price, I really can’t complain.

The home was as listed and was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed, even for our dogs.Some road noise and other usual noise expected from a neighborhood.

We have stayed here a couple times. It is clean, neat, well decorated and comfortable.

Clean little place walking distance to the grocery store. Based on listing pictures and description it will meet expectations. No surprises. Good communication with host.

Everything was great except the window in the south side upstairs bedroom is missing a screen and the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom needs replaced I adore the location and the view!

The place was clean and fully met my expectations. Easy to find with great parking. On a more pleasant evening I could have walked to The Palace for drinks or to the little local theatre. The very best coffee in town is basically across the street and of course it’s nice to have Safeway right there to grab dinner options for cooking up in the decently outfitted kitchen. It’s a sweet little spot and I would def stay there again as I’m often in Burns for work.

What a great property! Home was very clean, cozy and comfortable. We felt like we were at home, we even rented the other unit on the property last minute. Property is close to everything you would need.

This is a really nicely kept place right in downtown Burns. Convenient location. Clean. Nicely appointed. Ashley was the host and communicated with us prior to arrival and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was clean and comfortable. The Host responded quickly when I messaged her about a check in detail. I didn’t have a pet but it appears pet friendly to me. It’s a nice little house that met my needs wonderfully.

Extremely clean and well maintained. For the same price as a hotel, this was a no brainer. I will book every time I’m passing through. Super convenient check in, everything was seamless. They offered everything needed to make my dogs feel at home as well. Even down to the detail of leaving 2 milkbones for them for a treat :) although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was stocked with essentials for your stay. Thank you for a great, cozy stay at a fair price!

Very pleasant, convenient and quiet.

The place was perfect for what we needed. It was close to stores and food and a beautiful drive to scenic places we wasted to visit. I love that it's right next to a Safeway so it was easy to grab a few things that I forgot at home. Everything's else you could possibly want is within a mile and a half. It was the perfect location. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious and the two bedrooms were great. The mattresses are so comfortable. We definitely would stay here again!

When we arrived the host had the air conditioner on, which was wonderful! It was 100 degrees. The place was clean, has comfortable furniture, and the bed was good. The place is close to Safeway but very quiet neighborhood. We only spent one night but we will go back if we go to that area again.

Stayed 3 days to check out the sites, the hot spring, and bird watch. The house was clean and had everything needed with a few extra touches that were appreciated. Reliable WiFi for remote work needs. Convenient location to grocery and fuel. Host was quick to respond to any needs. Will stay here again.

My husband, two dogs and I stayed 2 nights while we toured the area birdwatching and sight seeing. Great location. I was worried about it being next to the store and busy area. But being a short walk to the store was great to pick up the fixings for dinner and breakfast that I made in the well equiped kitchen. Accomodations are comfy and plenty for the size. Thank you for having a cozy place to stay at with our dogs. .

My sister and I were in burns for our great nephew’s wedding. This cozy little bear was perfect to come “home” to! It was a great location and we walked to Starbuck’s in the Safeway store each morning. It is just across the street from Safeway.

The perfect property for my 2 week stay in Payson. Cozy with all the amenities needed. It was very quiet and the supermarket right across the street was very convenient. Highly recommend!

I came out to the area to chukar hunt with my brother for a couple days. This place was just what we were looking for: simple, had all the basics, and a good price. We had a hunting dog with us, so the pet accommodations were nice. It was easy to find, and everything worked like like it should.

There was no ABC, CBS or NBC. There was also 1 foot of snow in the driveway. We had 4 wheel drive but if you had small car you would

We were driving from Northern Utah to Eugene Oregon with two pet dogs. Moma Bear's Den provided a convenient stopping point along the way. Across the road is a Safeway, which we took advantage of. The photos online suggested that three is an enclosed yard at the property but that was not the case. Our only issue. The unit is well-appointed, spacious and comfortable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It is so hard to find a place in Burns that allows dogs. This place has everything you need and then some. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Cozy, convenient, clean! Great stay and easy to find. Only issue was that keypad was not wanting to unlock, it was late, and we could not reach host. Fortunately just when we were starting to get desperate, it worked. Whew.

Mama bears Den is great place to stay in Burns. The room was clean and comfortable with a great location. We appreciated the coffee and snacks left in the room. We will definitely stay here next year when we come through Burns.

We were passing through and stayed one night. Location is great. House provided everything we needed. We did not use the firepit or grill but liked the setup. We played some of the games provided and had a good time.
