MAKIN MEMORIES/Bay-front/Year Round Hot Tub

Family members stated how clean and how well stock the house was and how huge it was. Some items we brought ourselves and there was no need to bring them because the house had them like waffle griddles; servers (things that you put the tin pans in). Property Manager, Kevin was very responsive.

Great property for large groups. Definitely enjoyed the amenities, especially in Winter for all of the games, pool table, etc. Gave the pool a five but only because we had to rate it since it was winter we did not have access.

The property was an excellent choice to get together with family. There were so many amenities at the property that we didn’t have ti leave to enjoy the area.

Check in was very easy and the house was clean except for the inside of on of the ovens. The management was informed and will clean it before the next people check in. We had a very nice vacation. Loved the pool.

Group of 19, us, our 4 children, their spouses, our 8 grandchildren and a future son-in-law. It was my 80th birthday celebration and things couldn’t have gone better. The facilities had everything from games to kayaking, ping pong, pool, views, decks and large entertainment areas.

This rental worked well for our large family and we had a great time overall. It was clean and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out. Kids loved the game room/basement area as well as the pool and outdoor games. Fishing off the dock was fun and it was a lovely view. The screened- in porch out front was lovely as well. Check in/out was very easy and Kevin was quite responsive before and during our stay. The property is in a great location, and the golf cart (rented separately) was the perfect thing to ferry us to and from the beach and to take rides, etc. I'm giving this a 4-star rating because the property needs updating and some general maintenance. It's just kind of rough around the edges. Some appliances need to be replaced or fixed, and just general attention to some of the details of the property is needed. We had issues with one of the dishwashers and although Kevin tried to address it, it was out of commission for our entire stay. If you are renting, make sure you bring beach towels, cleaning products and paper products such as toilet paper.

House was perfect for our family

Communal areas of the kitchen dining room and family room were fine. Second floor, bedrooms and baths were barely adequate . Ground floor, bedrooms, and baths need major updating. Pool and outdoor play area were excellent. View and setting were outstanding.Kitchen sink needed to be unclogged, toaster oven did not work, bath room sink off the kitchen drained excessively slow, one of the dryers made a loud noise when running.

This was our 3rd year staying here. It is perfect for our family. Good location! Kevin is wonderful to work with! We are planning on returning next year.

Loved everything about it

We were age 19 to 84, families and friends. There were definitely enough things to do - games, SPB & kayak, shade & sun, chairs & tables, etc. Well stocked kitchen and refrigerator space. I wish we could have stayed longer. Kevin was very proactive with communication and a pleasure to work with.Our one draw-back dealt with the age and mobility of older guests. There are a lot of steps and stairs. Obviously a personal issue and not reflective of the house. I highly recommend this property

The house was perfect, for my family coming out of town for my retirement ceremony. Check in process was smooth, Kevin the property manager was very accommodating

Makin' Memories was an awesome house. It was much bigger than we anticipated. The pool was huge. There were so many little places to go in the house. Very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, wish there were outlets on the island, but that was okay. I would suggest bringing bug spray. Those little critters can ruin the party outside at nighttime. We ended up buying bug spray and sprayed the perimeter of the outside area when we were playing cornhole, that helped a lot. The owners were very communitive during check-in and during the week. There are lots of trash cans but could use two recyclable bins instead of one. Great house would totally recommend it and would stay there again. Thank you!

Makin memories is a nice rental. Definitely make some great memories at the property. We have stayed there on numerous occasions. Plenty of space for two families. Great communication with the property manager and very responsive.

lots of common space for hanging out as a family. great location overlooking the water. all the games were a big plus.

Rental fit our needs. Nice quiet location. Only issue is that property is dated and could use some TLC to improve it.

This was our 2nd year vacationing with almost the whole family. Perfect location! So much to do from game room, pool, beach, paddle boarding and kayaking, large tables for game playing … We will never forget this vacation since our niece’s boyfriend proposed to her during family picture time on the beach! Kevin the property manager is wonderful!

Enjoyed

The house is big enough to fit a large group of people. Having three dishwashers and two washers/dryers was a plus. Communication with property manager was great. Unfortunately, we had an accident involving our teenager kids and had to cut our trip short.
