This was a little slice of heaven in Georgia

This was our 2nd family get together at this location and it was just as great as the first time we stayed. Kitchen literally has everything you need to prep and cook meals, beds are very comfy, the teens really enjoyed the enclosed porch and bunk room and the dock for fishing they caught a catfish the last night we stayed.

Ted came over to welcome us when we first arrived. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 7.

Clean, well maintained property in a great location. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayaks and the screened porch was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equiped with cooking utensils, etc. The walk to the lake was a bit of a trek for an 80 year old with a bad leg, but not bad. The walkway was clean and make the slope manageable. The dock was very nice! Loved the swing and seating on the dock. Would definitely rent again.

it was an incredible weekend! exactly we needed to unwind and relax and just enjoy each others company! communication was great and the hosts were super nice and accommodating. ted was awesome as well! the house and property were beautiful and we really enjoyed watching all the wildlife. we hope to stay here again in the future! thank you SO much for everything!

Absolutely loved everything about this home! Weather was not perfect, but with the back deck and screened in porch, it was still very enjoyable. caught some fish and watched wildlife from back deck.

Lovely, comfortable, and very clean home with a well-stocked kitchen. A great spot for some much-needed R&R. The swing on the dock was my favorite place to relax at sunset. The fishing off the dock was just okay, but we didn’t come for that — we came to disconnect, and this place was perfect for it. Thank you Marty, David & Ted.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, has a very nice covered dock with swim ladder, on a peaceful cove.The communication with the owners was good. The property manager was very nice, and lives in the neighborhood, if you have any questions.Great experience!

I selected this property after discovering it on a previous trip in the same area. The primary purpose was for me and my brothers to relax and do some fishing. The property and location was perfect and met our goals for the trip. Just a couple of observations...lighting was dim above the kitchen table and in the kitchen...bulb replacements needed along with cleaning the fixture above the table. A coffee pot and coffee was available, however, no filters for the coffee maker were found...not an issue...paper towel worked fine, however a Keurig would be optimal as we had brought our own coffee pods. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our time in this lovely place and hope to return. The owners were a delight to talk to and made everything smooth as could be! I can't recommend this home enough!

This property was close to many points of interest.

Everything great except T.V. reception. Programing would freeze every few minutes - had to change channel constantly to get it unfrozen. Would/will stay again - not a deal breaker.

We really enjoyed the lake house! The cove was quiet with friendly neighbors. Nice .5 mile loop for walks/runs. We had great communication with the owners from start to finish!
