Geraldine is an excellent host and most accommodating in providing help with restaurant and D Day tours. The house is immaculate and ideally located. I would recommend this location highly.

We had a great stay at the house of Geraldine. Nice and responsive hostess. House is very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent to visit all the WW II sites while you can enjoy the nice town and the restaurants it has to offer.

We stayed here for 3 nights to explore Normandy by car. Port-en-Bessen is a perfect location and this house is in the middle of it. Wonderful hostess met us and walked us thru the house and made sure we were comfortable and all our questions were answered. She provided us with local and Normandy information and the house was extremely well stocked for us. Three wonderful nights and we were sad to leave. We travel a lot and this was our favorite house and town to stay in. We will be back!

We really enjoyed this house. It is well situated for visiting the Normandy sites/D-day beaches. There is a great bakery down the street and some good shops. We loved the hosts, who were very helpful and great with communication. They will meet you to show you the house and give you the keys.The shower is especially good, so enjoy that.One thing to be careful of is the spiral staircase, they are metal and a little tricky to navigate, so watch out for that. Otherwise, you will not regret staying here.

Geraldine was extremely friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The flat was equipped with everything my family of four needed, down to soap, snacks, olive oil, and toilet paper. The flat was exactly as pictured and the decor was beautiful. We especially enjoyed coming into an absolutely spotless environment. Geraldine clearly has taken the time to make this rental a pleasant experience for her guests and it shows. The location is also great for sightseeing everything in the area—along with a supermarket and restaurants (that are open until 9pm) only a stone’s throw away. Thank you so much for all! 10/10 recommend!

We had a truly exceptional stay at Geraldine's property. Her house had all the items needed for a comfortable stay for our family of four, as well as extra touches that made our time there very enjoyable. Geraldine met us at check-in and shared lots of helpful information about the town and surrounding areas, which was very beneficial in helping us plan. There are several dining options and shops all within a short walking distance from her property. She was always available and communication was excellent. We would certainly recommend her property if you are looking for a place to stay in the Normandy area. Geraldine was wonderful & her property was very clean and nicely appointed - we would definitely stay here again - it was a terrific experience!
