Stayed Sep 13, 2025We’ve been here in Cognac for a week and we have really enjoyed the apartment. It is very spacious, bigger than we expected, and exceptionally well equipped, rereading the description it matches it well.There is free parking just outside the property which is an an enclosed courtyard of the main house and offers great privacy with a choice of outdoor furniture for guests to use. The apartment is easy walking distance to the centre of Cognac.Our hosts Laurence and Anthony have been excellent from first enquiry to us leaving. They are charming, welcoming and helpful with practical tips and advice. They are modest about their English but it is more than enough to communicate and infinitely better than our French.They were around if we wanted them for something but otherwise left us to ourselves.We recommend adding Cognac to your itinerary if you’re travelling through this part of France, well worth considering as a stop or destination later in the season.

Stayed May 20, 2025We stay 2 days in cognac. The house is well equipped and the location is perfect. There is some free parking in front of the house. Our hosts were very nice and they gave us some tips about what to see.
