Stayed Feb 13, 2026I travel a lot- this was my fifth time at Mardi Gras and I have to say this is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!!!! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. House is super spacious with very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. To top it all off the location is unbeatable!!! Very central and walkable to all the best party spots, bars and restaurants. Stay here, and you’ll be so glad you did!!

Stayed May 15, 2025We vacationed here with our adult kids and it was the perfect place to hang out and spend time together when we weren't exploring the city. This condo was every bit as spacious and nice as it looks in the pictures. The dining table seats 8 and there was plenty of seating in both living spaces, along with a ping pong table. Everything was ready when we arrived and the host responded to questions quickly.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025The place was very nice and clean. One note that everyone in the group mentioned when we arrived, which was that the stay was much bigger, brighter, and nicer than what the photos posted showed. We were pleasantly surprised when arriving and we had a great stay. Additionally, the spent a good amount of time in the outside area as it was cooler than usual the weekend that we stayed. The host was very accommodating and the area was very nice only being a quick 5 minute walk to coffee/breakfast. Frenchman street is also a walkable distance.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024A Ten-Star StayThe house, the furnishings, and the location were all great and even better than advertised. The caring snd communication with Michael and Erika made us feel like we were staying with family. The location felt very safe. Family members ran every morning and many walked to and from the French Quarter.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We loved Michael and Erika’s place! Perfect place to say for our NOLA trip to see Taylor Switft! Very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. We loved the living spaces and patio! Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend this property! We were able to walk to a lot of places within 20-30 minutes. Overall great place to stay!

Stayed Apr 10, 2024Location, comfort, great accommodations!! Walkable to neighborhood restaurants (Horn's Eatery, Ruby Slipper, Who Dat, Morrow's, Country Club). There's a grocery (bodega-style) on the corner. The Marigny Opera House is across the street. About 15-20 to walk to Frenchman Str. and the French Quarter. Spent most of our time on the awesome veranda (night/day) Great Kitchen area, comfy beds, Michael was great to communicate from day one. A clean, well-lighted, nicely appointed place! Definitely would stay again!
