Blanding, Utah
Main Street Manor is a quaint home built in the early 1900s. With a remodel, it now has three bedrooms and one full bath.
The main level has a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry room and private office.
Up the staircase is what used to be an attic, now has two bedrooms. One has a full-size bed, the other has two extra long twin beds. Keep in mind you need to go upstairs to enjoy these rooms and the ceilings are angled. What a fun space for kids and adults to enjoy.
The sprawling yard is fully fenced, with grass, beautiful 100 year old trees, a seasonal water feature, along with a BBQ for your enjoyment.
If you are bringing toys and trailers to play in the hills, there’s plenty of room in the back of the Manor for parking.
We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in Blanding at The Manor House! It is very comfortable, and the host Laura has obviously gone out of her way to make her home feel like yours—from her welcoming note & lemon cake, to all of the personal touches throughout the house, both inside & outside. The location was perfect for our explorations of Bears Ears National Monument—the hiking trails there are stunning in so many ways! Laura was very easy to communicate with, and we would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting this area! Janet & Marshall, September 2023
Our stay here was great. The house was clean and stocked better than any rental I’ve been too. There were so many towels, pillows and blankets. The host was awesome. She is so sweet and gets back to you on messages so quickly. The house had so many small special touches, like homemade banana bread with a nice note, a list of restaurants with personal recommendations and chocolates on the pillows. The host absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay and also doesn’t give you a big to do list of chores that need to be done before you leave. Just lock the door when you leave and they take care of the rest. Absolutely can not say enough good things about this property.
The Main Street Manor was a perfect location for the trip my wife and I made to see National Parks and National Monuments. The drive was less than two hours from Mesa Verde, Hovenweep, Arches, Natural Bridges, and Bears Ears. Edges of the Cedars was right in town. The house is lovely. The rooms were all decorated well. The kitchen was well equipped. The back deck was great for morning coffee. There was nothing we lacked. I especially enjoyed reading about the history of the home in the guest materials. And, the banana bread we found after driving 5 hours from the Salt Lake City airport was fantastic. Next trip to to the area will start with checking the availability of the Main Street Manor.
