The host was very responsive and the house was beautiful. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Home was clean and well stocked. Fire pit was a plus and added a special element during our December stay. Will keep this property on our favorites list.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home on Lake Gaston! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy—check-in was a breeze. The only small challenge was finding the driveway at first, but the lion head on the pillar is your key landmark—just look for it and you’re good!The house itself was spotless and incredibly well-organized. Everything is clearly labeled—from light switches to kitchen shelves—which made settling in quick and stress-free. The layout is perfect, with the main living areas, huge master bedroom, and spa-like master bath all on one floor for easy access.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more!). Foil, wrap, oil, and even basic spices were already there—such a thoughtful touch. There are TVs everywhere, but the real showstopper is the view: the lake is absolutely stunning, and we spent hours enjoying it from the cozy sunroom. It became our favorite spot to read, eat, play games, and just relax with the family.The property also has a great selection of outdoor gear—kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, even free weights in the garage for anyone wanting to sneak in a quick workout.This home truly had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, and memorable stay. We can't wait to return!

All I can say is WOW. We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and incredibly well stocked for anything we could possibly need. My 6yr old son caught 29 fish off the dock! It was his first time fishing and it’s safe to say he’s hooked. Lake Gaston summer rentals was wonderful with delivering the pontoon boat we rented for our stay. The kids had the best time tubing on the lake. We played games every night and even celebrated my daughters 15th birthday. We were all so sad to leave today. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your home with us. Lake Gaston has a special place in our hearts and I couldn’t recommend this property more.

The first night we got there on a Friday night, we were hit with an out of the blue thunderstorm making us lose power within the first 2 hours of us being there. However, the hosts were extremely responsive and drove out to the house late into the evening to start the generator to gain power to the fridge so the food we just bought did not spoil. 10/10 could not recommend more for anyone looking for an awesome lake getaway.

We fished, played games, enjoyed the dock and sunroom, and made great memories. The kitchen is well stocked, and the seating at the dock was lovely. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home.

This was a short but amazing stay. The home was beautiful and clean. The pictures don’t compare to how nice the home is or how amazing the views are. The host provides a lot of things such as the firepit, pool table, fire pit, and much more that we loved taking advantage of. Will definitely try to stay here again if we are able to come back!

This was a Beautiful property!!!! We loved the multiple areas you could sit outside to view the lake! The home was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. From the time I inquired about booking my stay, the owners were quick with responding and very accommodating. We are most certainly looking forward to returning !

We spent more than a week at the house and couldn't have asked for anything better. The house was comfortable and was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool table immensely. The dock was among the best parts of the stay, the kayaks, paddle boards and overall serenity of sitting and watching the sunset.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. My favorite spot in the house was the sunroom with breathtaking views of the lake. My family had a nice relaxing week enjoying all this property had to offer… enjoying time out on the lake doing different water activities, cooking out on the grill, playing games of pool, fishing, and the list goes on. This was definitely a family favorite and everyone wants to come back! Jacqui was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Our family of 7 had a great time staying at this property and we enjoyed all that lake life has to offer. The house had everything set up really well and there are many options for activities and entertainment. We had no issues renting a boat and jet skis. Owners were very accommodating and communication was great. We hope to come back again next year.
