    Excellent location for cycling and walking Lovely garden with outside sitting. Dog friendly with enclosed garden. Gite very comfortable . Host very friendly. We had a fabulous week here with family. Will definitely come back.

    My wife and I stayed here for a week arriving a few days before and leaving a few days after the 2025 Spa-Francorchamps F1 Grand Prix. It’s the perfect place if you don’t mind walking to the track but don’t want to camp for a week. Check in was a breeze and we just picked up a few supplies and some food in Malmedy to have everything we need. Christiane even left us some parking passes for our rental. The landscape is gorgeous in this area. I learned that the original F1 track was much bigger and this house would have set in the middle of it’s former layout (stretching from Francorchamps to Malmedy and then to Stavelot). We spent the non-race days exploring the towns in the area. Our tickets were for the grandstand at Radillion, and it was about a 2 mile walk from the house to there. It’s uphill to Les Combes where we entered the circuit, then downhill to Eau Rouge along the Kemmel straight. Steepest part is near the house. Loads of fun. Great stay. Only advice I’d give is that there are midge flies in the summer that are crazy small, but which bite. Use the fan to blow over where you are sleeping at night to keep them at bay and bring some ointment for bites. I can’t imaging what it’s like for the campers, but they probably don’t remember much about it anyways

    Lovely and well-equipped house that sleeps 8 easily (we were only 4). The view from the terrace is stunning. Plenty of space, good wifi, loads of parking. You can walk to the circuit (Combes entrance) but it’s a steep uphill 20-30 minute walk. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, and the terrace most of all, plus the friendly cows just over the road. We’ll definitely come back.
