Welcome to Just Breathe on Edisto Beach; a gorgeous six bedroom, six bathroom home with an in-ground heated (for a fee) pool (which can be heated in the winter and cooled in the summer), a real volleyball court, and a cozy firepit.

Of the six bedrooms, TWO of them are luxurious master suites; both with king-size four poster beds and private bathrooms. One is located on the main level and the other is on the upper level; both are beautifully appointed.

Two of the additional four bedrooms have their own private full baths and one bedroom has its own private entrance to a bathroom which has another door allowing others to use it, as well. The final bedroom is directly adjacent to the bathroom.

There are TWO large family gathering areas with large TV's to help make everyone happy! You can turn on the fireplace and relax in the first floor family room while others in your group enjoy the second floor family room. The second floor family room opens to the porch which offers views of the Atlantic Ocean - just a very short walk up the street.

Do you like to cook on vacation You won't be disappointed with our beautifully-appointed kitchen that overlooks the dining and family area so you can still be with your group! The sun deck located right off of the kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and volleyball court.

A great perk here is the fenced in backyard - you can still relax while the kids and pets safely play in the yard. Is it a rainy day No problem here; there are two picnic tables and ample space for games under the house. Do you like to surf fish Bring your catch back and make use of the cleaning table complete with hot/cold sink. Did the kids bury you on the beach and you just cannot get all the sand off Don't worry about it because you can make use of the hot and cold enclosed shower downstairs.

A perfect end to a perfect vacation day: take an after dinner cocktail onto the balcony while you relax, Just Breathe, and listen to the waves lap up onto beautiful Edisto Beach; and then get ready to do it all again tomorrow!

Just Breathe sleeps 12 in beds and no one will be cramped since all of the bedrooms are spacious!

The pool is just perfect and can even be heated for an additional fee until water temperature gets below 50 degrees - ask us if you are interested and we will arrange it for you. The pool heat is supplied by heat pump and in times of very cold weather the pool cannot be heated to a comfortable level - nor would you want to go out there when you could stay in next to the fireplace enjoying all that Just Breathe has to offer.

In short, this home has it ALL while being just off of busy Palmetto Boulevard!
9/1 - 9/30: $300 per week, $50 per day, 3 day minimum

10/1 - 10/31: $400 per week, $65 per day, 3 day minimum

11/1 - 11/30: $450 per week, $70 per day, 3 day minimum

12/1 - 2/28: $495 per week, $80 per day, 3 day minimum

3/1 - 3/31: $450 per week, $70 per day, 3 day minimum

4/1 - 4/30: $400 per week, $65 per day, 3 day minimum

5/1 - 5/30: $350 per week, $55 per day, 3 day minimum

6/1 - 8/31 - There is usually no need to heat the water, however it could be hotter than you might like and if so we can cool the pool water for free just ask!

Note: As stated above regarding pool heat. If the temperature at night is going to be below 50 degrees for more than a few nights then the pool heater will probably not be able to heat the water out of the 70's unless there are sunny days as well.
