FIRST FLOOR - KITCHEN/DINING & HALF BATHROOM

A spacious Living Room: An inviting space adorned with tasteful décor, providing comfort and relaxation for gatherings or leisure time. A cozy retreat for unwinding and bonding with loved ones and offering comfortable seating arrangements for the whole family.



KITCHEN

Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped culinary haven. It has all the gadgets, dishes, and utensils you expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding gas cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up. Cozy up in the eat-in kitchen area with a sofa, wall-mounted smart TV, and a table with chairs perfect for a quick snack before heading out to explore the city!

THIRD FLOOR - 2 BEDROOMS & 1 FULL BATH

The third floor of this beautiful retreat boasts two spacious bedrooms adorned with queen-size beds and two trundle beds, making it a true family retreat. Fresh, clean linens and soft bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. Each of these comfy bedrooms is bathed in abundant natural light and provides ample closet space for your belongings. For entertainment, each bedroom features a 40 TLC wall-mounted smart TV. A shared full-size bathroom awaits in the hallway, complete with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. LAUNDRY

And regarding practicalities, this lovely home offers two sets of laundry space. One set is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, tucked away in the hallway closet. The other set is in the home's basement. So, rest assured that laundry won't be an issue during your vacation getaway!



OUTDOOR AND PARKING

Step out the back door onto your private patio to soak in St. Louis's beautiful weather, or let the little ones run around the backyard. A private parking pad at the back for two vehicles is ready for your use, and free street parking is available in front of the home.

The Neighborhood:

The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the U S and is known for its upscale shopping, dining, and cozy coffeehouses.



The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes, all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park, just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.



Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the city's top attractions, making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to get to many major attractions.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING

ABODEbucks loves hosting all guests. However, based on past experiences; to better our protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $99 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.



NIGHTLY PRICING

Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.



EXTRA GUEST FEE

For groups of more than 8 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 9th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.



COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.



HOUSE RULES

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
