Magnificent 15 Acre Estate on the Intracoastal Waterway

This was a perfect getaway house for a large gathering of friends and family. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well-stocked, there were fishing poles, corn hole and all sorts of games and activities to keep everyone busy. The only thing that was difficult for us were the stairs, given the age of some in our group. But, the fact that there are stairs to the entrance and a second floor were obvious from the pictures. Just pointing it out in case someone older is considering renting the property. We have AT&T and did not have cell service while on the property. We had to rely on the WiFi, which wasn't super strong, but adequate.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property. The house had everything we needed and more. Joyce was accommodating and very quick to respond. Thank you again!

Wonderful house and property. Grounds were a little wet but it’s eastern NC so it’s to be expected. Dock was very nice with a good breeze to keep the bugs down and keep you cool. House was absolutely amazing but I think the hot of the stay was the outdoor fireplace. Definitely will be returning.

We were three families (14 people) vacationing together at the house. We had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and the amount of bathrooms was ideal. We enjoyed getting around the grounds via the golf cart. Loved fishing at the pier and sun bathing at the beach. We had a blast around the fire pit at night. This is a wonderful house and location!

The property is beautiful and plenty of room. My family absolutely loved it. The only thing I would suggest is to treat the outdoors for mosquitoes. They were pretty bad. That was the only complaint my guest had at the wedding.

We had a wonderful time with the whole immediate family. All five of our daughters, their husbands, my grand babies and their dogs were under one roof. The house was large and majestic. Absolutely beautiful. It was large and spacious. Clean and beautifully arranged and decorated. The outdoor fireplace and fire pits were love by all. Having the dock for fishing and the golf cart was a hit!

Great location if you want to have an event. Beautiful property.

Our family spent Christmas in this beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. The house, game room, and surrounding grounds were clean and made for a wonderful environment four our family to enjoy Christmas together, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, play games, eat together, and relax without ever feeling cramped. This truly is a fantastic place to stay.

A property like this can easily become a maintenance nightmare. They take great care of the grounds, inside the home and out.
