The property is in anice and peaceful private neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. The house provides great lighting for entertainment on the patios, a well-lit stairwell, and a driveway. It's located in Rockport, Texas, with saltwater fishing and 110 feet of waterfront from the back patio.

The Turtle Room has a king bed, smart TV, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a lit defogger mirror. The Crabby Room features a queen bed, smart TV, and thoughtful touches. The Whale Room includes a full-size trundle bed, desk, and a nearby half bath for convenience.

The Master Suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and a private spa-like bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, a lit defogger mirror, and a hidden toilet room.
