There are dead flies in the range hood. The lounge needs vacuuming under the cushions. There is sugar and lots of crumbs which we discovered when we needed to retrieve an item we dropped between the cushions. Otherwise a well presented property.

We had a great time at this house. Great amenities, everything you could ask for really. Bathrooms are clean and new, house is clean and new but has a rustic charm. Shower pressure good, great coffee machine and kitchen is super. The house is very close to the heart of Kangaroo Valley, everywhere is super easy to get too.

The property was lovely, very clean, and our family of four were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the items we needed, the fireplace and firewood supplied were great because it was very cold when we stayed. Linen was great and the bonus of having a washer/dryer was a winner. The view from the front balcony was superb. My only neutral comment would be that the neighbours houses are very close to the property and we had to deal with their lights shining into the main bedroom all night. Understand this is out of your control but worth noting. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our Winter stay and would definitely come back again.
