Stayed Aug 24, 2024This was my second time staying at the amazing Shooting Star! This is an amazing house in a quiet neighborhood, just a five minute walk from Madaket Beach and Millies. The home is kept immaculate and the owners are very nice and communicative. Willdefinitely be back again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We have been to Nantucket multiple times and we have always stayed in town. This trywe decided to try something different and stay out in Madakat. We loved it. Lots of outdoor private space easy walk to the beach and Millie’s. We enjoyed walking to the beach at night for sunsets and coffee in the morning. Life is slower than being in town and yet town is just an easy drive away. House has all the amenities you need.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Fantastic location Walkable to beach and Millie’s for dinner or just an ice cream. The house was quite spacious for all seven of us. Well stocked kitchen. We loved the outdoor shower. Big beautiful windows and a great deck out front. We did bring a car to make travel easy around the island. Would love to go here again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We are so grateful to have stayed in this very special home! Shooting Star is perfectly charming and incredibly comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The beach was a beautiful 5 minute walk down the road. We loved walking to Millie’s for dinner or just ice cream. While the weather was a bit overcast and rainy for some of our stay, it was so cozy to snuggle up on the couch with a good book. This was the most relaxing vacation thus far and we cannot wait to return. Many thanks to Susanna and her family!!
