Macklyn Creek retreat

The house was clean and stocked with needed supplies.

The house has a wonderful layout and plenty to keep the kids entertained. We loved our stay and have already booked a return trip.

Host was very welcoming. Entrance to the property is a little tricky...look for the green utility boxes at the end of the driveway. House was clean and kitchen well stocked. Laundry room offers two sets of washer and driers which appear quite new. Lots of game room activities, and small putting green was really fun. Blackstone for outdoor cooking was much appreciated. Lots of bed space, 2 bathrooms (one of which was quite small). Location is close to everything, especially grocery shopping which made for some happy campers. Great family get together place. Dining area is quite small, but lots of outdoor seating available. Thanks for the nice stay! Fun was had by all.

My only complaint is that the dinning room table is too small and a little sketchy to sit on for bigger people. Other than that the property was great, clean, and secluded.

our stay was wonderful, the home was clean, very well stocked. quite, plenty of room for the kids to play safely due to the gate, the game room was great fun and entertainment. the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for the spa, and the host was very responsive to messagess, The location was close to everything, the store the beach, the park, We were very pleased with the accomadations, We are looking forward to going again next year.

Great House in Brookings. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great after hiking in the Redwoods. House was clean.

Beautiful well kept home. Close to downtown shopping and the beaches! Game room was a blast for our group! Hot tub was perfect! Overall we were very satisfied with this stay!

Great place! Quiet neighborhood. Check in was a bit of a struggle at first, but called the owners and they handled everything for us and even reimbursed us a little bit for the mishaps. Outside of that we really enjoyed this place for the night and would come back in the future!

House was clean and bright and had everything we needed there. We loved the deck and the kids had a great time with the game room.

The property was in a great location for us to visit several parks in the redwoods. We visited Jedediah State Park, Prairie Creek State Park, Redwood National Park, and Fern Canyon. This was one of our favorite homes on our 2 week National/state park road trip. The beds were very comfy and loved all the beds/rooms for our group. The highlights of the home were definitely the hot tub, game room, and basketball hoop. The host was very responsive! Thank you for the amazing home to stay in!

We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The kids loved the game room, basketball, and the swing.

Super comfortable, very clean, accommodating, private, relaxing, quiet and a short drive to the beach. Had everything you would need to cook small and large meals. Well stocked too. The game room and hot tub were so nice to enjoy!! Such a great place to stay!! Would stay here again !
