M123 - Cabana Beach Duplex! Premier location across the street from Cabana Beach Club!

We stayed 7 days in this beautiful home. It was spotless, had all the amenities we needed for the week. Beds were super comfy and all linens were so clean including bed comforters. I cannot recommend this home enough. They do provide you with starter supplies which are helpful until you get to the store. The front porch with the furniture was such a great addition to be able to sit out there in the mornings and evenings. The Cabana Club was a lot of fun and such a great bonus to renting this home. To walk over and swim, read a book, and nap by the pool with the breeze was amazing. This location is perfect. You are close to Marathon and we traveled all up and down the Keys that week and found that Key Colony is perfect to be center of everything. We will definitely rent again here and miss it already. The house is absolutely amazing. Everything is brand new steps to the ocean swimming pool and Tiki bar. My wife and I have very wonderful time on this vacation and the price was definitely right.

This property fit all of our needs and some! The space was great for our family our 4. Everything was clean and some supplies left as starters. Would be nice to have a little more, but understand its just to get started. The neighborhood is quiet and can walk to the pool with beach! We would 100% stay here again!

The place was clean. Close to everything. The management company was great. Check in was a breeze. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was just as it was advertised. Lots of fun things to do nearby, and a short drive to some of the best beaches and fun anywhere. The Cabana Club is very convenient and the staff nice, and helpful. The house is located on Ocean Ave, and while the canal is very close, the property doesn't have its own access. This was very clear when we booked our stay, and it was not an issue for us. I'd recommend it! Thank you!

This home has a great location across from the Cabana club which is an awesome amenity, and the fun bar/restaurant Panama Jacks. We enjoyed an unexpected view of the ocean and great people watching from the front porch. They are not generous with toilet paper or dishwasher tabs which I find strange for such a nice place. There were ample towels and extra bed linens and a well equipped kitchen.

There was some noise coming from adjacent neighbors TV. Would have liked some local TV channels. Otherwise pleasant stay.

Property was nice. A couple maintenance items, but overall, furnishings were nice, location was awesome, access to Cabana club was a nice touch, and coffee/cocktails on the patio were awesome! We would recommend.
