Lyndale - Industrial Retreat Close to the Denny

Home was sparkling clean, great amenities, close to Denny Sanford Arena.

This place was very clean. If you are going to the stadium for an event, no need to drive, it’s a short walk.

This house is probably one of the best properties I’ve ever booked. Price, location and equipments for household is quality 10/10 I couldn’t ask for better

Great property. We loved the rustic feel. It is much larger on the inside then appears in picture. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, great kitchen, coffee provided, family diner table, and comfortable living room. We stayed for a business trip and worked great. Perfect location if going to event at Denny Sanford Center.

It was great! Check out at 11 would have been even better.

A fantastic location for our concert. We were able to walk to the Denny! Also, beautiful inside the home, beds super comfortable. Communication excellent. Only thing we didn’t care for were the neighbors barking dogs at times. Wasn’t all the time though so that was good.

This house was nicely put together and it was clean. Had all the dishes one would need in the kitchen. And it was the perfect place to stay for a show at the Sanford center. Just a couple minutes of walking to the door.

We are frequent guests. The house is perfect for cooking, relaxing and having family to visit.

Nicely remodeled home.

The property had ants and cobwebs. Beds are good and kitchen was well stocked. The pots n pans were in poor shape and all the baking sheets were rusty. A good deep clean is needed.

Excellent place to stay. House is modern, clean, and they really provide everything you need even down to the ingredients to make s’mores on the fire pit that they leave on the counter for you. 10/10 recommend.

Stayed for an event at the Denny Sanford Center and you can’t beat the location. Nicely redone inside and quiet neighborhood.

The inside of this home has been very nicely remodeled. The layout of the house is super nice with a back entrance that takes right into a mud room. Nice open living room, dining room, family room. 1 bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. Be aware that the two bedrooms each have full size beds. Overall a great house in a location that is very convenient as a home base for visiting Sioux Falls.

This property was perfect for our family of four in town for a sporting event. We unfortunately did not play at the Denny, but were a quick 12 minute drive from the Avera Human Performance Center! If you play at the Denny you could easily walk! All updated and very clean! Great responses from the host! We had a great experience!

Such a great little house, very clean, they literally thought of everything you may need during your stay. Check out Instructions were also so easy! Only down side beds were not comfy

Fantastic location for traveling around the greater Sioux Falls area, easy go get to all areas of town quickly and efficiently. Within walking distance to Denny Sanford if you’re in the area for an event, like the Fighting Wiener Dog game, GO HERD GO! The remodel work is tastefully and well done, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, it’s always nice to have more than one pot and pan to choose from! Our one complaint was the bed was SO soft and the pillows were pretty flat. Yes, personal preference but things to consider when making reservations.

Don’t let the square footage discourage you! The floor plan makes the best use of the space. Bathroom is big. Kitchen layout is perfect and full equipped! Back entry is added room for shoes, boots, coats etc. Everything new and in working order. Bed was so comfortable!

The location was perfect for a quick walk to the Convention Center. The open concept living space was warm and inviting - a cozy place to spend our evenings.

This property was exactly as described on the site, it was a perfect place for our family as we moved our daughter back to college. Home was clean and we loved the extra touches and amenities. It felt like home.
