Great views. Cannot beat. Great kitchen. Mostly a great time. House could have been in better shape. We were there during a blizzard and the snow blower didn’t work. The snow removal team came twice, but we had to dig ourselves out twice to get out of the development. Also there’s a somewhat dangerous snow overhang from the roof above the hot tub that wasn’t removed. Prevented us from using during the blizzard. The tvs and systems were overly complicated or outdated, so we didn’t use. An Apple TV or an Amazon fire stick would have been preferred. Overall, good experience but a few improvement opportunities.

Amazing view and property

The home was welcoming and the view was breathtaking. The host was very responsive when I had any questions.

The view was what we expected and enjoyed the most. The house was overall nice.

Too many things had to be repaired and they were not done for days after our requests. The king size bed next to the pool table room had no center slat and the other slats were not attached to anything. The bed squeaked so badly that our daughter in law had to sleep in one of the bunk beds with her girls for 2 nights. A nest of chipmunks was on the balcony under this bedroom. The house was supposed to sleep 16, but there were only 3 full bathrooms and one powder room. There was a very steep staircase down to the bedrooms so not good for some people. The kitchen was remodeled and very well equipped and the theater room was nice. It advertised a sauna, but a sign said for owners only! The street to the house was very steep with a sharp right turn so that the car bottomed out each time we drove on it. It would be impossible in winter! Our request for a one night refund was ignored.

The home has stunning views of Lake Tahoe and the mountains. The description of the property was accurate, note the stairs to multiple levels. When we arrived the property was well cleaned. The kitchen met all of our cookings needs, we cooked most of our dinners in. The WiFi worked well throughout the house. The spa on the deck was enjoyed by everyone. I can with great confidence highly recommend staying here, we all enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful views of Zephyr Cove, Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect! A minute drive to the lake, town and dining locations. It really is a great location, and well maintained!We would recommend this location to anyone staying in South Lake Tahoe area.

Wow, this house was beyond amazing! The luxury views were absolutely breathtaking, and the vibe was perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway. My family and I had the BEST time here — every moment was just incredible! Plus, being so close to the casino and shops made it even better.The house manager was fantastic — super reliable, easy to communicate with, and provided very detailed instructions and information, which made everything so smooth.We loved every second and can’t recommend this place enough!

Great scenery view

Wonderful property. We had amazing views and every amenity you could need for a thanksgiving trip. Definitely would book again!

This house made our mini snow vacation amazing. The common area is really impeccable. The wood floor and the lake view along with the rustic decor are impeccable. This is a kids and adult dream home. It was pricey but well worth it in my opinion. Such an amazing house but definetly don't go there if you plan on drinking/partying unless you are 100% sure you can stay inside and keep it clean.

Amazing property for a group. Close to casinos and golf and also a ton of spots to enjoy the scenery. Great weekend

Absolutely beautiful house and incredible views. Well-furnished kitchen allowed us to cook our own nice dinners. Hairpin turn provided by google maps will warrant a different route up to the house next time, and the left turn onto 50 from Martin drive is a bit dicey, so we'll go right and turn around next time we're here. Nothing bad to say at all - we will be coming back!

It was difficult to go inside because the view was so compelling! We were 7 adults and 2 small kids and had plenty of rooms and plenty of room to be together. The kitchen had everything we needed and seats for everyone. Location ideal. The house did have two room air conditioners but it was tough to keep all parts of that large house cool. We had record heat during our stay in July so that was part of it. Overall great for a family visiting Lake Tahoe.
