Stayed Jun 28, 2023Great birthday celebration. The property was well maintained and the manager was responsive and available. Location was great, not far from the beach (1mile). We used the pool and the hot tub the entire time. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely rent again. Only two comments, the bed pillows were not comfortable and it would be nice to have adult sized raft/floats for the pool. Loved it!

Stayed May 25, 2023From the moment we were greeted by our host, Casa Cascada met and exceeded our expectations! Not only was the house beautiful and the location excellent, but they truly provided for and thought of everything! It truly was like a five-star hotel! The beach was a 10 minute easy and beautiful walk thru the quiet streets of the neighborhood and the hot tub and waterfall provided hours of enjoyment in the evening. We always felt like we were in our own oasis, and yet we were a quick 10 minutes or less to drive to all the amenities and restaurants of Fort Lauderdale. If you were looking for a quiet, restful retreat, filled with amenities and comfort, you can’t do any better than Casa Cascada.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023The property, although on the small size, accommodated 11 of us. very comfortably. The outdoor space is amazing for outdoor living as it has everything that a family needs. From a great kitchen for a bbq, games for the kids, the pool and hot tub, all individuals were kept entertained. The management company was very responsive at all times, and even had a few suggestions in helping me plan a birthday celebration for my husband. The only negative things I would add, but definitely not deal breakers for us, was that the pool is not heated and the 10pm noise restrictions. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Apr 7, 2022This place had everything you could possibly need for a great South Florida get away. It was incredibly clean upon arrival. Check in was very flexible and management was helpful as there are a lot of features to this property. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in a great part of Fort Lauderdale, look no further.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent Property. Beautiful inside and out. Spacious, clean and a pleasure to work with the listing company. Location is desirable to the beach and all things downtown Fort. Lauderdale. The property itself was the perfect layout both indoors and outdoors. Pool was great and the hot tub so fun. Loved how big it was. It felt like a private resort , we did not want to leave. The house also came stocked with everything. Perfect home away from home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this home was absolutely fantastic. Great location, wonderful pool & hot tub, and lots of other fun outdoor activities. The home is equipped with everything you can imagine - from kitchen supplies, to beach gear, to pool toys, and more. It was perfect for our trip with 3 families with young kids. The home was even stocked with art supplies and toys to keep the kids busy when we weren't enjoying everything else that the home and area has to offer. We will definitely be staying at this property again.
