Luxury Waterfront With Heated Pool Fort Lauderdale FL

We stayed only a few nights, but location was great and we had everything we needed. Host was very responsive.

This villa really did exceed my expectations. The pictures does no justice. The aesthetics of the place is SO BEAUTIFUL. I booked this villa for a quick and relaxing 3 day Solo Birthday trip and I must say it was perfect for the vibe I was going for. The location is great as it was in close proximity to everything on my itinerary. Also the area and atmosphere is very peaceful. The entire home was tidy and I felt so comfortable and cozy being there. Check in was so smooth and Ms Angie boosted my experience with her warmth and welcoming energy. She greeted me, showed me around and explained how everything worked. She had complementary water for me and a Birthday balloon floating when I walked in. She recommended a nice near by water front food spot that I actually tried (it was delicious) and She communicated with me my entire stay and kept me updated on things I needed to know. She is the sweetest. My overall experience of course was a 10/10.

This is the place to be when you’re away from home and visiting! The places is very clean and the host has made it so comfortable you forget ur not at home. Pool was great and lots of space, big bedrooms and an amazing view! Highly recommended!

We lived our stay here! Angie was an excellent host and was so accommodating when our arrival didn’t go as planned. Such ute property that is close to Fort Lauderdale airport in a neat neighborhood and close to everything. We loved sitting out back and watching the yachts and boats. We cannot wait to return!

Everything was great for our winter stay. The pool was very nice. The house had all amenities.The hosts, Angie and Scott were the best. We would recommend it to anyone. The view of canal and boats going by was very peaceful.

We loved this home! It has a huge backyard with a lovely pool and pool deck. It is very private back there with a good amount of shade. Watching the boats go by is a bonus. The home is very clean and had everything we could need.

Extremely clean and well kept! Helpful hosts. Outdoor area spacious and enjoyable. Highway is close by so you do hear some road noise. Nice to watch the boats go by. Would definitely stay again.

House was exactly what we needed as a family of 5! The pool was nice and we loved using the grill. The host was very accommodating since we need an earlier check in due to getting off our cruise earlier than expected.

This was one of the most well stocked properties we have stayed at in a long time! Angela thought of everything. If we needed it, it was there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had time to enjoy the pool which was exceptionally clean. We grilled out and really enjoyed the sono's music system she had set-up. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Ft. Lauderdale area!

Angie was an amazing host. She made sure we knew where everything was on the property and was super accessible when we needed her. She even went out of her way to blow up the pool floats for us when we couldnt. Definitely would stay here again, view was amazing, house was super super clean and had so many extras that made the stay worth while.

Very nice house like the photos and the description, very complete kitchen, we stayed for two nights and didnt need to buy things, just what we want to eat.the neighborhood is very family and nice.the garage is covered, its good when its raining.the only point that for me wasn't a problem is that the owner lives in the yatch just behind the house, but i ever didnt see then, and its close to the airport and the speedway so sometimes make some noise outside.

Beautiful home on a canal surrounded by huge yachts! Centrally located to the universities of FAU and nova southeastern.Was able to visit my friend who lives on the beach within 15 minutes

Stayed here (a total of 6 girls) for a bachelorette party in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a perfect house for us, the pool/patio is amazing! Host was super sweet and even left a bridal sash for the bride to be. Thank you!!

The home was very clean and inviting. The pool area was beautiful and had enough chairs and tables that when family came to visit everyone was able to comfortably enjoy themselves. The mango tree in the back was a definite plus. Angela was a pleasure to work with. She was always there for whatever we needed. Angela was extremely generous and kind. The property being so close to the airport was a definite plus. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, watching the boats pass by and floating in the pool; it was a great weekend. Angie is great and really adds extra little touches that make it feel that much nicer. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a get-away.

I just want to say I was very pleased with everything overall! Angela was such a sweetheart, she was so helpful and understanding. The pictures didn’t do any justice, everything was the same plus more it was awesome. She gave us different food spots and nearby attractions to view while we there which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this play too anyone, and will for sure be booking again!!

We had a great time staying at this property we were impressed by the pool, the view, and the interior of the house. I slept in bedroom the the queen bed that wasnt the master and it was super comfortable. It was a short distance to hollywood beach. We couldnt have been happier with the accomodations. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Angela, for being an excellent host!

The house is very nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Angela was responsive for the few questions we had (TV and Pool temp)The listing says bedroom number two is two double beds I believe it's more like two twin beds thought I would point that out just in case a larger group was looking at this. We were misguided when we checked in, the yacht was at the dock but we were told we may see the property engineer Scott as there was a repair that needed to be done prior to owners returning on Tuesday. Only to have Scott live on the yacht while we were there. Not only did we feel uncomfortable about that, and not being told truth. The cameras are not just on yacht, they are on entire backyard which made us feel we were being watched. Last was back door is full glass without blinds and we felt real uneasy while in the house and strangers in backyard at anytime.I just felt compelled to share as the mention of someone living on yacht is very vague in the rules.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The property truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches like extra condiments in the kitchen and fresh herbs on the patio to enjoy during our stay. It was such a nice bonus that we could use those to add flavor to our meals!The amenities were top-notch. The AC kept us cool, and the Sonos system allowed us to set the perfect mood with music throughout the house. The showers were fantastic, and we especially appreciated having fresh towels and beach towels readily available.The owners and property agents really went above and beyond to make our stay magical. They were incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. Their attention to detail made all the difference and truly enhanced our experience.The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved the convenience of being so close to grocery stores. The location is ideal – just a short drive to Las Olas Boulevard and beaches, and close to the Hard Rock. Plus, the property is situated right on the Intracoastal Waterway, which offered us beautiful views and excellent opportunities for people and boat watching!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back

We were very impressed by this house. It was close to the airport & many restaurants, including being close the casino. The property manager, Angela, was amazing to work with & the communication was phenomenal. The only suggestion would be to have throw blankets available for those times of lounging around. The house has plenty of space & very clean. Highly recommend this property.

This was the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Angela was so nice and easy to contact. The home was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool as the weather was not cooperating but it looked clean and beautiful as well.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! This waterfront property was equipped with all the amenities and a little more, board games, lights, and the heated pool was amazing. The owner of the property is super nice and attentive, and everything was cleanly and perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we will surely be regular customers!

I am from Charlotte Harbor and my sister from NH and brother from Brazil were flying to Brazil and they had a 24 hour layover. So, it was a reunion of sorts and we had so much fun catching up, swimming and enjoying the boats as they went by. The house is layed out perfectly and the beds were so comfy!! We were only there for a day or so ~ we'll be back!!
