Stayed Oct 2, 2025Beautiful newer home! Great location! Right on the water. Could even watch the rowing team practice right in front of our house each morning! Great communication with the host. Was able to get us in very last minute when our other Vrbo we booked canceled unexpectedly in the middle of the night, the day before we were flying in. Great place, great host. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 22, 2025This home was simply amazing. We had the best trips the location is outstanding with so much to do. The house is beautiful and in a very safe area. Host was v quick to get back to us. We used the kayaks every day to go out to the dunes and sand bar. Our family that is local came over for dinner and they were obsessed with the house and location as well. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Was a really great house! Very clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Being on the water was awesome and key for the kids to use the kayaks and rent a jet ski. Also in a convenient location to the beach, nearby towns and Newport. Would definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Beautiful modern home. High end everything. The dock is good for kayaks or a small boat. Not really water you want to jump right into. Overall a great place to stay. Good restaurants nearby. Nice firepit, quiet neighborhood and great views. About 24 min to Newport.

Stayed May 16, 2025This home in Kingston is everything you could ever want in a rental on a stay with your friends or family. The home is absolutely gorgeous, the views are stunning, you are 5 minutes from the beach, my kids loved kayaking and playing spike ball on the lawn. Everything was absolutely perfect, I couldn't have asked for a more magical home to spend with my family.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025This place was amazing! Even better in person pristine, brand new, spacious, and so much light. The moment we walked in, there’s a sense of calm. Peaceful energy that instantly makes you relax. Everything was spotless and beautifully designed, with comfy beds and everything we needed for a perfect stay.It’s right on the water and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. Communication with the owners was super easy, and they were incredibly thoughtful and responsive throughout.I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely be booking here again soon!
