Luxury Water Mill Modern Retreat with Tennis, Pool, Minutes to Ocean Beaches

Our family had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property! This gorgeous, modern home is large, spacious, airy, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and perfectly suited for a family holiday. The heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were enjoyed both day and night, by my husband and me as well as our three children, ranging in age from 16-10. The built-in sound system in the house and outside was an added bonus. The outdoor, ambient lighting enabled pure relaxation into the night time hours. The owners provided lots of great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. This property is very conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and shops. My husband and I loved the proximity to the Long Island Wine Trail and the local farms that were great for fresh produce and baked goods. We had a FANTASTIC vacation and can’t wait to come back!

This home is one of a kind! The property is absolutely stunning, private and peaceful --- surrounded by trees and gardens, extremely well groomed and maintained, you truly feel like you are away on the perfect vacation. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each day, as well as the tennis court and playground. The home is immaculate, very spacious, and beautifully decorated with high quality appliances and gorgeous furniture throughout. Ridiculously comfortable beds!! Everything is super clean and all the amenities are perfect. This Hampton home is the perfect location-- very close to beaches, restaurants, shops, wineries, parks, museums, farm stands, and so much more. The owners are very accommodating, professional, courteous and helpful- it was such a smooth process! We will most definitely be coming back to this home! LOVED everything about it.

We absolutely loved this house! My family (including two young children) traveled from California to spend a week in the Hamptons and were lucky enough to find this beautiful home in Water Mill. The house itself is stunning, with an incredible backyard pool surrounded by mature trees, giving lots of privacy. And just a little further down from the pool is a full size tennis court! There was also a great playset and sandbox that our kids loved! The house has a modern, comfortable feel to it and the layout is perfect for a family. Two bedrooms on the main floor, two bedrooms downstairs, and a master suite upstairs. The location is perfect for those looking to get a true Hamptons experience. The house is conveniently located within a few minutes drive of Southampton, Bridgehampton, Easthampton, and Sag Harbor. There are several beaches and wineries close by as well! The hosts are readily available and welcoming, and gave us great tips on what to do in the surrounding area. Don’t miss out on experiencing this true gem of a Hamptons home rental.
