Luxury Villa w/ Saltwater Pool/Spa and Private Beach Access

House was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were lovely and the private access to the beach was an amazing plus. One thing to note - the ramp and stairs to the beach were very steep, so elderly folks or people with mobility issues may have a hard time navigating. The beds were very comfortable, as were the bathrooms. I always look in the washing machines in our rentals - you can always tell a lot based on how dirty and moldy they let the washers get, and this one was spotless! Would be the perfect place for a large group get together - 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (we didn’t rent the guesthouse, which would give even more space). Check in was smooth, as was communication with the host.

This is a beautiful property. I love the openness of theiving areas. The pool and spa were very inviting. Each morning we would enjoy our coffee while sitting in the hot tub watching the sun rise. I like thst stainless steel cup are provided for the pool area. We really appreciated the private beach entrance. Just be prepared, there is a rather steep walkway and then 65 steps the the beach.

We had a family vacation with my adult children and their significant others here and it was a great choice. Plenty of room to spread out in the main house. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a large kitchen if one wanted to cook (we chose to eat out at Santa Barbara's wonderful restaurants), and a quiet, gated property in a beach close neighborhood. Pool and spa also on the property, although we did not use it as much as I thought we might due to cloudy/rainy weather on the day we had set aside to hang by the pool. Great location, close to airport, shopping, dining, short drive to the Zoo. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in February, so didn’t use the pool or spa. The house was very nice and comfortable, even during a big winter storm, with 3 fireplaces and lots of cosy places to settle in to. Once the storm passed, we enjoyed the neighborhood as well, with beach access very close by and access to a great walking/running/biking path just a few short minutes from the house. Host was very responsive and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay during the storm. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was lovely. The check In process was easy and Brent was very accommodating, he even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us. The home is clean and the property was well maintained. We had all of the necessary amenities and everything was well communicated in the welcome book. Would recommend!
