This very beautiful property with a beautiful flowered garden and a swimming pool with a length of 13.50 meters will offer you a splendid view over the bay of Malendure, the famous Cousteau reserve, reserve of the National Park.
It offers you a very recent quality villa, as much by its neat decoration as by its furnishings and equipment.

About 10 minutes walk from Malendure beach, you will reach thefamous Cousteau Reserve, (Guadeloupe National Park Reserve), where you can meet sea turtles and enjoy various aquatic activities.

Very well equipped and maintained, this villa offers high-end services.
Upstairs, it has a brand new kitchen, open to the living room and the terrace where you can take your meals or rest on a deckchair while enjoying the sea view. You will also have at your disposal a guest toilet as well as a parental suite: a 12m2 bedroom with a 160cm bed with an adjoining bathroom (Italian shower) with double sink and wc and as well as a large dressing room. A room dedicated to laundry is equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board and a steam generator.

You can then go down the stairs to find a second independent toilet and the rest of the sleeping areas: 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each (1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 1 with 2 single beds that can make a 180 cm bed thanks to the beds put together with a mattress topper for your comfort) each with a wardrobe for storing clothes and an adjoining bathroom. Each of them has a picture window overlooking the pool and the sea view. Perfect for a little splash!

Independent of the rest of the villa, a T2 apartment which also offers you great benefits: air-conditioned room with a 140 bed, a shower room, an independent WC, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a living room a terrace with a view of the sea and the bay of Malendure.
It is also possible to provide for 2 other people (which adds up to 10 people in the villa) since in the living room you can sleep on a quality sofa bed. For your comfort we have also provided air conditioning.
It will allow some of you to be independent if you wish or to go up to find family and / or friends.

The pool area is equipped with deckchairs, a garden furniture and a gazebo to enjoy the shade.

This villa will offer you all the equipment and comfort necessary for a pleasant stay.

On request, we can provide you with an umbrella bed with mattress and a high chair.

The villa is equipped with an emergency water tank. As a result, you will not even realize that the city water has been cut off and you can continue to enjoy your stay in peace!

You will find a few minutes by car, food stores, a bakery, a pharmacy as well as restaurants but also, 10 minutes walk from your villa, the possibility of practicing nautical leisure activities: kayaking, scuba diving, fins mask and snorkel, outing to meet cetaceans, jet skiing ... and activities that will immerse you in the tropical forest: canyoning, hiking ...

An arrival pack awaits you on your arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, water bottles, new sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bag, toilet soap to take a good shower on your arrival and a good planter for the aperitif!

A concierge service will be at your disposal before and during your stay.
a reduction of 10% will be offered on the second week for a rental of 14 nights minimum.

For a stay without the rental of the T2 apartment, the cleaning fee will be € 130 (the T2 will not be rented elsewhere).
For a stay with the rental of the T2 apartment, the cleaning fee will be € 170.
A deposit of € 2,000 will be required upon arrival

For stays between December 15 and January 8 it is a fixed rate which does not vary according to the number of people (which cannot be scheduled on the site). I invite you to send me a pricing request.
