The house was perfect for our needs, 4 generous sized bedrooms all with en suite. The host was very responsive when we asked questions. The house was very well appointed.

The Luxe Villa is a great place to stay at Jacksonville Beach. One block from the beach, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms are spacious and far enough apart that you have privacy. I highly recommend it!

House is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. It had everything we could possibly need with nice touches like Keurig pods and tv's everywhere. Host was wonderful and let us check in a bit early as we needed to get to an event that evening. Perfect place

This is one of the best units we’ve ever rented through VRBO. Perfect for four couples. Maintained like it’s brand new. Owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Jax beach.

This property is all it promised. It is conveniently located. Easy acces to everything. Absolutely beautiful. All the thoughtful gestures were very appreciated.

Overall the property was great. Literally a block from the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, super high end fixtures especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only knock was the tankless hot water heater did not work continuously for a few days until a plumber could get out there (not a fan of tankless) and the battery powered blinds ran out of battery before the end of the stay, and the high tech microwave requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering to operate. Overall would stay there again.

Beautiful property near restaurants, bars and Jax Pier. Grocery store and shopping within 1-1.5 mile radius from property. Host was accommodating and responsive during this holiday weekend. Catherine immediately opened line of communication from my initial inquiry. Love love love the kitchen and open floor plan. Bathrooms were gorgeous! Starter kit for toiletries and kitchen were plentiful. This property is not even a block away from beach access. Bikes made it convenient for us to ride to nearby beaches versus finding parking. Would definitely rent again.

This unit is super close to the beach, sleeps a ton of people for the cost and is beautiful inside! The host is great and lots of communication.

Beautiful, clean home that paid attention to all details in every room of the house. House had “ALL” the luxuries of home and the full set up for hitting the beach. You will not be disappointed staying here!

What a truly wonderful experience!From the communication with host at booking, to arrival day and while on-site was a great experience and truly first class. Upon arrival and entry into the property, we were treated to a more well appointed property than one could have asked for... The bedrooms were stocked with additional linens, the kitchen was stocked with enough cookware and utensils to make a feast for a large family. The showers were wonderful with plenty of water pressure and shower heads! The weather was not the greatest for our stay, so we were indoors for extended periods of time. The home had more than enough games to keep our family occupied. This was truly a well appointed property, not what I would have expected... Photos do not do this property justice... The host was exceptional. Do yourself a favor, book this property if you are looking for a Jacksonville Beach area rental, we will certainly book again when we are back in Jax!
