This home is directly on the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade route. Endymion takes place the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. It is truly a special experience to be on a parade route.

The Neighborhood:

Mid-City is truly in the middle of New Orleans and very central to all you could want to do. It is convenient, safe, and easy to get around. On the corner you'll find famous Mandina's featuring a mix of Italian & Cajun-Creole seafood, steaks & pasta. There are many great restaurants and bars within a half mile including Juan's Flying Burrito's, Venezia, Bevi's Seafood, and much more!



You can take the street car directly into the French Quarter in under 5 minutes, or take it the opposite direction and be in City Park and the famous cemetairies in under 5 minutes. Truly the center of the city!



Getting Around:

You are on the Canal street car line! Right out from of the building you can catch the Canal street which will take you right down to the French Quarter.



Other Things to Note:

There are two apartments in the building and a law-office on the ground level.



This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

    Check in was easy. The place was immaculate and everything worked. However, the kitchen was sparse on amenities. No foil or food wrap, no tea kettle, no cooking oil, etc.Also, it would have been nice to have a spare blanket, Kleenex and other thoughtful touches That set apart a rental.

    Second time staying here; cannot think of a better location. Can walk to dozens of neighborhood restaurants, safe location, can walk neighborhood, free parking, very quiet space. Place is clean and sitting area off kitchen is awesome remote working space.
