Luxury Treehouse with Large Deck

Absolutely amazing!! Everyone needs to go!!!

This is a place that I we can’t wait to go back to!! Everything was so unique and done up with thought. You have to go and read the beautiful story behind the “Tree House”

This property was awesome! The location and all of the amenities were perfect. If you want relaxation and a peaceful setting this is the place! The treehouse was beautiful inside and the large deck out front was a favorite. My kids enjoyed the fishing pond and especially the special greeter Eddie the white lab who hung out with us! We will definitely return if ever in the area!!

My son had a lacrosse tourney at DE Turf complex, this property is only 25 min which was perfect. It was so nice to have a very clean & comfortable place to stay nearby with a full fridge, washer/dryer, kitchen & the cutest porch to relax after a long day. Beds are extremely comfortable, linens soft, nice towels & living room furniture was super comfortable as well. This place is very tidy & very clean the host has provided little extras like bath salt, laundry pods, eye mask in freezer, coffee, coffee creamer in fridge with a couple waters too. Emma’s family restaurant nearby is a must for amazing home cooking. You can’t go wrong at Lyle’s Treehouse (which the host built in loving honor of her late husband).

It was a great location and great place for what we hoped to achieve. Rest, relaxation, and quiet time. The listing was represented perfectly, and the hostess was very easy to connect with. Her pup, Eddie, was adorable when he visited during our stay! :) Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled for a wedding and decided it was a wonderful opportunity to try something different. Who would book a hotel when this is available. The property was perfect such a beautiful peaceful location. It rained our entire stay but having the doors open and enjoying the sound of the trees was great. Beds were super comfy . Cows pretty close to the property were a sweet bonus !! Can’t wait to come back for another visit

This was the perfect spot for our honeymoon and was so beautiful and relaxing! Everything was very clean and just done perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed taking walks daily and befriending the cows, Eddie, and the farm cats and it was overall an amazing trip. If we come back in the area, we will definitely be booking again!!

What a peaceful place to stay with your love ones.i can’t say how pleasant my host was to work with.this is such a dream treehouse to stay in . I hope I will someday return here .

Amazing cozy place. Good place for a luxury staycation. Property is near a farm and there are friendly cows nearby. Host was very responsive and friendly. 10/10.

Such a great place to stay!!! There were so many amenities for a relaxing weekend like melatonin sleep-mist and bath salts and lovely views :) 100% recommend for a weekend getaway!!

What a beautiful place! The simple details were so charming. Sydney had everything you could possibly need at the treehouse, we had a great girls weekend,her dog Eddie made us feel so welcome,we spoiled him with treats and a new toy, he must of known we all were animal lovers, of course who knew all of us work at a veterinary clinic , Thank you Sydney for being such a great host!

The stay was absolutely amazing. It was truly peaceful, the view was beautiful, the feeling of a nice cozy family home.

Nestled amongst the holly and forest trees, this beautiful Treehouse was perfect for visiting nearby family and also as a getaway. It's cute, cozy, and quiet. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. My favorite amenity was Eddie! He just rolls up and assigns himself as your bestest guard dog for a small fee of belly rubs.

Comfy & cozy. We met our friends to spend the weekend together. We used the large deck to sit out & enjoyed the woods. There was an late night issue which Sydney addressed immediately. She was quick to reply to all our communications. A couple of items of note (nothing intended to be negative.) There is a folding table next to the fridge, we missed it the first day. There is a two-burner stovetop and a convection oven/microwave in the kitchen. There were lots of hooks (to me, it's means the owner puts a little extra in making you stay special.) If we find our way back to Delaware, we will look to stay here again.

The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!! We loved it and our boys loved fishing and the dog was a highlight of our stay. It was so peaceful and the family was so kind.

This was a very relaxing experience and our kids loved the thought of being in a treehouse. The house was very well done and the deck in the trees provided a very serene setting. Would love to return.

Great place. Clean and secluded.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was great being able to “glamp” in a treehouse in the woods, and be so close to the beach. Our host was super responsive when we had questions. We plan on staying again!

The treehouse is beautiful and secluded in the woods so it is a nice private getaway. It had everything you need for any length of stay including a washer and dryer.It is close enough to enjoy the beach if you wish.Thank you for sharing your story and your treehouse with my family!

LOVED Lyle's treehouse - we had such a wonderful visit. Sydney was so kind in creating such a warm, inviting spaced, she really thought of everything you would need (even a cooling face mask!). Spending time on the deck was absolutely divine, all the windows open, hearing the birds (and the cute cows) was a beautiful escape from the city. We loved walking around the pond and chatting with the cows. Beds were very comfy, bathroom incredibly well stoked. Close to soo many things to do - we went to Trap State Pond (highly recommend). Make sure you check out the Plant Sale (bring cash) across the street!! Would stay at Lyle's again anytime. Thank you Sydney!

The treehouse was a perfect retreat to relax. Every detail of the property was well thought out and a relaxing spot to wind down from a long day. I loved waking up amongst the trees in the morning. The porch was perfect for coffee and loved the cows! We hope to be back soon.
