    This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. Everything is so cozy. The beds are warm and snuggly. The kitchen is pretty loaded with everything you might need including a blender.We really enjoyed turning on the fireplace every night. Thank you

    We rented the townhouse for a month of skiing at Deer Valley. The townhouse had everything we needed with excellent views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, a portion of Deer Valley, and the surrounding mountains. The townhouse location was perfect for skiing. It was less than a 5-minute drive to the Deer Valley East Village parking lot. From where we parked the car, it's a 30 second walk to where the Deer Valley shuttle picked us up and delivered us to the ski slope. During our stay, we had one minor appliance issue. We contacted the owner, and the issue was taken care of the next day. This location allows you easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping in Park City, Heber City and Midway without having to deal with traffic. The highway is a minute from the townhouse, and you can travel down to the appropriate exit thereby avoiding the Park City traffic. In summary, great location, the townhouse had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

    Comfortable, spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed. Two minutes from the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. We loved it and hope to come again next season!

    This is a roomy and comfortable townhouse. We skied Deer Valley for the week and this was the perfect location. The new Keetly lift in the East Village is a quick 5 minute drive to the parking lot. easy to get back at the end of the day. neighborhood is nice for walking the dog. there is a lot of construction is the area, but manageable.

    We came for the week to ski deer Valley and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. Felt like home away from home. We love sitting by the fire after a long day on the slopes. the kitchen was just perfect for cooking our evening meal. We will for sure come again.

    This was a great choice for us. Although it was just two of us, there is plenty of room for a lot more. Great convenience with location. Communication with Clare was excellent. Not sure I would consider this luxury and I would say there are some repairs and maintenance needed that would make it nicer but all in all, for a rental, we were satisfied and will book again.

    We just came back from a lovely few nights at Clare's townhouse. It was the perfect spot for us and our 2 kids. This time we were in town for a wedding, but we have often stayed at the Jordanelle area for skiing as we love the easy access to the gondola and overnight ski storage. It beats going to Snowpark and dealing with parking and shuttles! Also, it's an easy 10-15 minute into Main Street or Kimball Junction. Apart from the wedding we didn't venture out much and just enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The townhouse was so spacious and comfortable, and the views of the mountains and Jordanelle were spectacular. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The primary suite bathroom was gorgeous with an oversized jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower and again gorgeous lake views. As some guests have noted there is some construction going on in the area, but it did not bother us in any way. Clare was very accommodating and responsive and was able to give us an early check in and late check out. We will definitely be back!

    Across the street (100 feet) there is construction of a large 5 story condominium building. The noise and dust started before 7am. This should have been disclosed prior to renting. In addition, the property is not being well cared for. Pet stains on the carpet; floor downstairs not sure if it has ever been washed; some light switches don't work; 3 windows don't close all the way; some of the blinds are broken and inoperable; the garage is dirty; the dishwasher does not clean properly (old) and can't hold the dinner plates; the ceiling in the kitchen has evidence of water damage from the master bath upstairs; the master shower nozzle hose is too short thus making it dangerous to operate as it can easily turn the water to scalding hot, water was shut off for 4 days between 10am -4 pm because of construction across the street, sitting bench outside cracked and not useable, etc. The list is endless.     This property and location were great! Very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Park City! We did have a few small hiccups (the air conditioner broke and had a small wasp issue on the deck) but Clare was responsive and got them taken care of! I do want to note, there is construction going on across the street (does not hinder the view from the deck and was not an issue for us at all) but just something to be aware of! Definitely recommend and would stay again.
