Your stay includes Palmilla’s private beach service, where the good folks at Guest Services set up your chairs and umbrellas right on the shoreline. No hauling gear, no fuss — just walk down and plant your boots in the sand.

Back at the house, you’re only about 20 steps from one of the resort two pools (heated in winter), plus easy access to the golf course and bar. After a long beach day, rinse off, grab a drink, and let the evening breeze do the rest.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    What a lovely home for our first visit to the area. Right across from pool and back up to beautiful view of golf course. It is well stocked with what one would need while staying. From kitchen utensils, games, to beach/pool items. Definitely saved to our list of places to come visit back.

    This place looks nice, but owners have Never addressed any of the problems from All the previous reviews. Ceiling leaks over stove so you can Not cook without Paint and water in your food. Water Heater still broken, cold showers No bathmats for bathroom tile floors, very slippery No Wi-Fi Weak at best Missing several standard household items. Smells like Mold from the Water leaks that still leak in kitchen. Downstairs bedroom is way hotter than the rest of house. Coffee pot sucks and wont brew, then dumps all at once Power outlets in dining room and patio blow breakers constantly. *****Best to look for a house with a caring responsible owner.

    Absolutely beautiful & comfortable home...except for the mold issue in the kitchen. At first the home seemed spotless minus what looked like old water damage in the kitchen above the stove area, however, having asthma I was up all night coughing from a flare-up and couldn't figure out why. 2 days into our trip we noticed the ceiling in the kitchen start dripping water and opening the cabinets around the stove revealed an extensive mold issue. I immediately called Vacasa and was informed there was a prior ticket for a water leak in the kitchen, that they'd contact the property manager and I would receive a call back but never did. I mentioned it again to the Vacasa desk at checkout but am unsure if this issue will be handled appropriately. We had an amazing vacation - Pamlilla amenities are always top-notch - and our children LOVED the 3rd floor just for them, but not getting any sleep from a mold-induced asthma exacerbation made it not as great as it could have been.

    We will definitely be back! The layout of this home was perfect. Our kiddos loved the top room. There were so many fun things to do at this home and it’s incredibly convenient to the pool, beach, and fitness center. Highly recommend this home for any vacation!
