Three story town home in a very quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible off the freeway, short drive to a Costco and other stores. 10min walk to Olde Town Arvada and the RTD Light Rail stop. We were able to go downtown Denver quickly and easily off the Light Rail, coming home at night was a nice and safe walk. My family and I loved the home, we had a great time in Arvada and the surrounding areas!

The location of this quiet, well appointed property is prime. Within walking distance are multiple restaurants and shops in Olde Town Arvada and a light rail station. With easy access to the interstate reaching Denver or the mountains is a breeze. The furniture was comfortable, there were ample linens and the garage parking was a great bonus.

It was so convenient that we could take the light rail from the airport and then be in walking distance to all of the Old Towne restaurants and shops. After exploring all day, it was nice to have such comfortable beds for a good night's rest. The kitchen as well stocked with extras like an instapot, blender, fancy coffee machine,etc. Easy check-in and out process. Will def stay here again!

The property was very clean, with easy check in, and parking access. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked for all your needs.Plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The area is just perfect for exploring to all areas. Great beer garden that was in walking distance, and close to olde town. I would recommend this for your next stay in Arvada!

Very clean and modern condo. Convenient access to I-70. Several restaurants nearby. Two car attached garage made access easy. Never used the front door. Was a good property for four adults on a Denver area golf trip. Would not be a property for people wanting a yard or outside sitting area, or for people who struggle with stairs. Condo has three levels. The photos of the property accurately show the interior. Overall, very pleased with our week there.

Great location. Central to everything we wanted to do. Clean and cozy. Might be difficult for those who have a hard time with stairs, not an issue for us.

House had everything you could think of! Very clean and extremely close, walkable, to downtown or even the train. Perfect location for Red Rocks or white water rafting or seeing other towns like Boulder or Golden and Denver!Would highly recommend

With a late cancellation for another property, we needed a place for us and two young adult children to attend CU Boulder graduation. Although a 30-40 minute driver to Boulder, it was a comfortable space to base ourselves. We enjoyed an afternoon in Golden, we met out with our son in Denver and of course, a lot of time in Boulder. The house is excellently equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect for walking to Old Town Arvada to shop, eat and just have a fun time! A short walk to Snooze or Starbucks for breakfast was great. The townhome is really nice…the kitchen is big and so is the living room and primary bedroom

My wife and I stayed at this townhome for a little more than a week in April 2025. Great location within walking distance of Olde Towne Arvada and easy access to Denver. Very spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi which was great for both of us working remotely. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

We loved the place! Suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as advertised. This is probably a one time trip to Denver for the 3 of us, but we would stay here again if we ever return to Denver.

We needed a place to be able to cook a Christmas dinner for our family. Perfect location close to our son’s apartment and an easy walk into downtown Arvada and the Olde Town station. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms comfortable and a relaxing lounge. Would definitely look at rebooking should we meet up in Arvada again.

Nice place with modern decor, comfortable and well stocked. Window coverings do not offer much darkness in bedrooms (might need to plan ahead for that) but upstairs beds were very comfortable. Great location yet quiet. Great kitchen design. Three levels to spread out, but with lots of stairs. No bathroom on communal floor; two bathrooms up and one down. Feels like a new build.

We had a wonderful stay. We were in visited family. Basically Arvada was in between our two daughters. We were walking distance to Old Town Arvada with its cute shops, bars, and fabulous German pastry shoppe. We were also a stones throw from Costco, theaters, and other restaurants. The VRBO was super clean and had a fabulous kitchen ensemble ! We are hoping to return!

Only real annoyance were communications with local company: an initial email saying need pic an other personal information without any notice that the new company was legitimate and emails saying “leave by 10 am”!

Like the title says, the house was clean and seems to have been built very recently. The kitchen and baths were stocked with all the soap, towels, pots and pans, coffee maker with filters, etc, etc. Walked to restaurants for dinner. Used the garage for our rental car. Easy drive to Boulder and Golden CO.

We had a great time in Arvada! We were in town for the Boulder half marathon. The location was perfect! This place was clean and we loved the decorations. The communication was prompt with rental manager. We will definitely look them up when we come back to Colorado!
