We really enjoyed this property and would not hesitate to stay here again! It was perfect for our group. We had 5 couples, and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed both the house and the outdoor space. The ladies loved gathering on the screened porch! It was an absolute perfect location for walking to Vanderbilt, and we were able to walk to a few restaurants as well. Highly recommend this house!

The property was wonderful and we all enjoyed it. It was was especially nice to have our own bathrooms. We enjoyed the sitting areas on both floors.

Great stay

This house is amazing and in a nice neighborhood! Beautiful hardwood floors and stairways. Lots of bedrooms and a full bathroom for each bedroom. Tiled showers are nice and clean. Kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook anything, plus a gas grill outside, we cooked burgers and brats. Separate ice machine is handy for cocktails. Pantry has an another smaller refrigerator for beer or soft drinks. Kids play room upstairs is great. 2 car garage with opener. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. Couldn’t ask for more. Had a great family gathering!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, clean and sleeps several adults. We found the location to be perfect for our stay, a short Uber ride to downtown and dozens of restaurants. We definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to Nashville!

Nine on our family stayed here while in Nashville for our daughter’s graduation. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and perfect for the four couples staying here. Everyone had their own bathrooms which made getting ready each morning a breeze. I loved the outside patio area because it allowed us to relax at the end of a busy day.

We had an amazing stay this weekend. The house had everything that we needed and was a great place to bring family and friends together to celebrate graduation. I highly recommend it!

12 family members met here to celebrate my granddaughter's 21st birthday. We couldn't have been more please with the accommodations. Everything was top notch from the Property Managers (Larry and Ann) to the fabulous home. If we go back I know where I'll be staying!!!

Had a small get-together with friends, and this place honestly felt like a home away from home. The house was super clean, roomy, and had such a comfy, welcoming feel. The host was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made it all the more special. Definitely planning to come back!

This home was a perfect place for a family celebration/event. It is fully equipped to host a small event for 16 people and the space is lovely. I’ll definitely be renting it again!

This house is as advertised. Perfect location to downtown. The privacy it allows multiple occupants to have is unmatched. Perfect fit for 5 couples 10 total occupants. We each had a great place to socialize and our private space if needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the communication of the host Ann. I highly recommend this place for people looking to have a quality place to stay with great proximity to what Nashville has to offer. Thanks for being a great host.

This is a really great very large home close to Vanderbilt. Our party of 6 adults stayed here to attend our daughter's graduation. Great place, and could have easily accommodated a much larger group!

Incredibly beautiful and spacious home. Fit our needs perfectly with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for each bedroom. The second floor open area and children's area was great. The kitchen was well equipped and up to date appliances. Good parking. This house was a big part of making our Nashville visit a great experience.

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in this perfectly located property for a family wedding in Nashville! Our group of six ranged in age from 15 to 89. We loved that the home was situated in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood just 8 to 10 minutes from all the things we were doing in various Nashville neighborhoods. The house was a cool, clean, safe respite after our days out adventuring in the 95+ degree heat. Thank you Larry and Anne for all of the extras you provided to make our stay perfect!

House was spacious & had adequate bedrooms & bathrooms for our family. The air mattress in the attic bedroom was challenging for two teens to keep inflated and/or landing on the floor. A real bed would have been better. We enjoyed the backyard with cardinals, squirrels & bunnies to entertain us. If we visit Nashville again, will book this house for our family.

Spacious with great layout and wonderful amenities for several adult family members and an infant to enjoy a few days together. Literally everything provided for an enjoyable stay. Loved walking to VU, shops and restaurants. Will stay again!
