Recently completed, Amberley has been designed with your comfort and relaxation at the forefront in the idyllic coastal and rural location of Mornington Peninsula's Shoreham/Flinders. Perfect setting for a group of friends or extended families to enjoy our home its its extensive entertaining areas across spacious Living, Dining and Kitchen areas divided by a central Cheminee Phillippe wood burning fireplace.
Expansive glassed panelling and bifold doors extend indoor/outdoor relaxation with undercover alfresco dining and balconies on both upper and lower levels. At once a designers' delight and nature lover's paradise, Amberley is a home which will confortably accommodate guests across all seasons. Living areas and bedrooms are fitted with both split system airconditioning/heating units and electronically controlled block out blinds powered by Tesla batteries and our solar panels. Relax by our sparkling pool, wander around our native and drought tolerant garden or help yourself to vegetables and herbs from our Partierre kitchen garden or simply, curl up and while away the afternoon with a book or a nap!

    We loved our stay at Amberley. The large open living area is a wonderful and relaxing space, looking out over lush gardens with beautiful fireplace as the centrepiece. The house is well appointed, with an excellent kitchen, great bathrooms and good linen. The location is central to beaches, local towns (Red Hill/Flinders/Shoreham) and wineries. With a great host, this is the perfect place for an extended-family holiday!

    We really enjoyed our stay at Amberley. Beautiful house and lovely pool. My only negative comment is that the outside balconies needed a good clean.

    Amberley was perfect for us, it's a beautiful private place with great rural views with living and dining areas and 2 balconies that allow you to capture those views. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Janet for your help.

    Great property for a small group of 3 of us (I don't think you could have more as the bathrooms are quite small). The living area is spacious and well set up for a nice quite weekend getaway. Close to everywhere we wanted to go so it was super convenient including Pt Leo Winery. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as this is not supplied (which was fine) except for a body wash. It has plenty of hair dryers and the towels were amazingly soft! Janet was the best! She was super friendly, quick to answer my messages and provided advice and help where we needed very quickly. :)

    From the warm greeting Janet provided upon arrival, we knew we would really enjoy our stay the Amberley. The upstairs living area is well designed with treetop and westernport bay views, with comfy couches to lounge by the Phillipe Chemise fireplace. We ordered in providoor for the Saturday night and the well appointed kitchen made self-catering a breeze. The kids loved the pool and the vast grounds to run around and play, even trying their hand at the Yamaha piano in the den. Being so close to Flinders, Point Leo and the wineries, Amberley provides a great base to explore the Peninsula!

    Our stay was a family with 1 x infant. Janet our property Manager was brilliant and looked after all our needs from check-in to check-out. The property it self is beautiful and well maintained. Only a few items we experienced and future tenants to be aware of; internet dropped out frequently, the running water can be quite brown and the house exterior is covered in camera’s. This said Janet was phenomenal in attending to these issues; allowed us to cover them all so we could enjoy the stay with privacy, called water specialist to treat and clean, and gave us instructions on how to reset the wifi to improve the internet. All in all a beautiful property and brilliant support.
