🏊 Pool Heat — Optional:
The pool can be heated for an additional fee between October 15 and May 15.
When purchased, we heat the pool to approximately 82–85°F. Pool heat is $75 per day and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay; the checkout day is not charged.
Please request and pay for pool heat at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we have enough time to get the water warm and ready for you.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.

🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
• $50 pet fee per pet applies
• Please help us keep pets out of the carpeted bedrooms
• Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival
