In the 30 m² activity room there are opportunities to challenge each other in a game of pool or table tennis. The house has two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with 6 person whirlpool and sauna. On the spacious groundsthat surround the house there are swings and sandpit. Similarly, the house is equipped with a cot and highchair. If the weather fails, you can enjoy yourselves in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning deviates from the normal listed price.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
