Luxury Retreat with Pool, Game Room, Bikes, and LSV

This was a golf trip for us by day. By night - we loved the pool and outdoor living space. Never went to dinner as we just stayed by the pool and ordered in food.

Such a nice house that was so clean, great location, and amazing pool! We LOVED our stay!

This property was eveything we could have hoped for and more. The house was beautiful and our family throughly enjoyed it. So much room to spread out but also enjoy wonderful family time together. We would book thisproperty again.

It was a great stay. Property managers were responsive if something was not working correctly. We only wished there would have been pool floats and beach chairs accessible for use.

This house was perfect for our large group of girls! There was plenty of space and lots of bathrooms. The house was very nice and the pool was amazing! Our only complaint would be how hard it was to get ahold of someone to get an update on our early check-in request. When I finally spoke to a rep from 360 Blue they were very nice and helpful, however, it took about 7 phone calls, app messages, and emails to connect with someone. They are short staffed, so I wasn't frustrated with her, we just didn't love sitting outside of the house for 2 hours with all of our groceries waiting for someone to let us in for our early check in request. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property just prepare yourself for a long wait to get ahold of someone if you have issues.

We absolutely loved the property, amenities and location to Destin and the beach. What we were unhappy about is getting in touch with the property manager. For the cost of the house, we should be able to reach a concierge or manager. We were told there was no pack n play or high chairs which we later found out was in fact there. This could have saved us money, time and space in our cars. Lastly, there were numerous maintenance issues throughout the house requiring attention which I could share if someone wants to know.

We had a full house everyone had a great time. Parents their 4 adult children and spouses & all the grandchildren ages 22- 7 months. All the beds were clean & comfortable. The boys loved the kids bunk room. The noise does carry throughout the house. We were able to get ahold of (Kimberly) on our first night when we needed assistance with the golf cart waiver. That was the one and only time someone answered the phone when we called. We left a few messages with no call back so we had to sent a few emails. Sometimes we would hear back after a day or two. We had flat bike tires & Someone came the next day and filled them up. We had a bike lock get jammed. We called no answer, sent an email no response until the next day. The bike was returned by the bike company with a new lock on it. However it was left sitting by the end of the driveway not locked up with the other bikes. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. The group prior to us left margaritas in the blender and waffles in the waffle maker and returned them to the pantry. They used the griddle on the stove top to cook bacon and did not clean off the griddle or remove their grease. The pans for cooking were dirty and in poor condition. The microwave was very dirty and coffee grounds still in pot. My brother had to take the gas’s grill apart and clean it so we could use it. The igniter doesn’t work so we had to use cardboard to light the burners. For the price we paid we expected less inconven

From day one, this house is absolutely beautiful. Pool is amazing. Bedrooms incredible. The kitchen is gorgeous, it has a like brand new Wolf Range. It’s like brand new because it does not work. We bought food to cook, had to throw it all away. Had to eat out or order in every meal. Wasted a lot of money on good to cook and then paying additional for each meal.

We had an excellent time in this beautiful home. Our group had more than enough space to have fun and relax, the golf cart was very useful and you can tell the owners paid attention to the details. Just note that beach towels are not included in this house. Beautiful views from the roof, must see!

While the property was clean there were numerous items not working: Garbage disposal All TVs in large bunk room Only 1 TV in small bunk room worked Foosball table broke and no balls Pool waterfall not working Hot tub would randomly drain near empty Pool bar fridge Right burner on stove Grill vent didn’t move air No hot water in 3rd floor larger bedroom shower Alarms coming from first floor fridge and wine cooler Many bathrooms fans not working Bedroom doors don’t lock.
