Luxury renovation of historic shotgun home

this is a beautifully appointed new remodel of a existing shotgun house. Rich was awesome to work with and the home is extremely well cared for it so you feel like you’re home when you stay there.

We stayed at the property for a weekend in New Orleans, and although I had a great impression of the property from the listing, the place itself far exceed my expectations. The property owner was super attentive and took extra care to make sure every question was answered, not that we had many because he was so proactive. The place itself really was super clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and we truly felt like we were on a relaxing vacation the whole time. HIghly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing NOLA experience!

This is the best rental we’ve ever had in Nola. The house was immaculate, spotless, and oozed style and charm. The attention to detail was great. We meant to bring our sound machine but forgot and were so pleasantly surprised to see a sound machine in the bedside table! We loved our time in Rich’s beautiful home and he made us feel so welcome. Can’t wait to rent this again for another long weekend. Thank you so much Rich!!!

The home was spacious and well kept and very clean. There is plenty of on street parking and waking distance from many restaurants and shops. I messaged the host for various reasons (no problems, just questions) and he was very responsive and clear.

The home was gorgeous and extremely clean. The host was very easy to communicate with, and was a wonderful host. Check-in was easy and there was a goodie basket waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were huge beautiful. There were large closets and plenty of space everywhere. There is a large walk-in pantry in the kitchen. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and very private with rocking chairs on the porch. Street parking was always available right outside the house. There is a streetcar stop about a block away that was very convenient. The location was very safe and central to many restaurants and near Tulane. We loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again!

In town to visit family during the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the rental. It was very spacious, safe, convenient location and provided a much needed respite during the holidays. Found it very enjoyable, to sleep in the comfortable beds and utilize the spacious kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there and look forward to staying there again next time in New Orleans.

Rich’s home is absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous decor to the water pressure , we couldn’t have asked for anything more . Incredible host wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable in very way. i would come back to New Orleans just to stay there .
