Luxury Private BEACHFRONT Home- BEST Location in Tamarindo!

Our group loved our stay! The house is beautiful, the sunsets can't be beat, and the host is over-the-top helpful with travel arrangements, dinner and activity suggestions. We had a blast!

Overall, we would rate our stay as 4 out of 5 stars. Casa Neptune is a lovely spot and our family particularly enjoyed the setting, the pool, and the open floor plan with generous gathering areas, as we were a family of 13 with seven adults. Rob Macdonald was a gracious host and extended himself for us in several respects. That said, we noticed that maintenance of the house and grounds was lacking in several particulars and needs to be updated and assured for guests who are paying a premium price for this property.

This house was amazing!! The view and pool were spectacular. The house had lots and lots of space for 3 family’s. Everyone had their own bathroom and the living space was super comfy for everyone. My kids loved swimming in the pool and exploring the ocean just steps away. We would definitely come back again:).

We came with our family (6 Adults) for a post holiday, New Years relax-cation. The location is breathtaking. The double gated community is very safe and very high end with incredible properties surrounding. We were in the pool looking directly at the beach. We travel a ton and this might be the most relaxing place we've been. The house has everything and was much bigger that we expected. We hope to come back when we need a total shut down!

Spectacular home and spectacular host and concierge service! Jaime, Natalia and Rob made sure our stay was perfect. They went the extra mile to make sure our Christmas vacation was very special. They had food and restaurant recommendations, booked excursions and drivers for us and scheduled a dance lesson for our group! The home is located right on the beach with gorgeous views. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thanks again to the owner and concierge staff of this dream home.

This was the perfect house for our large group and you can’t beat the location. The pool and hot tub are just steps to the beach and there is plenty of shade to get out of the sun. The owner, Rob, lives next door and was really helpful. There are also a concierge and a property manager that handled everything we needed. We will definitely be back to enjoy another great vacation.

Fantastic location, plenty to keep the family entertained, amazing beach and activities. The house was clean and welcoming with spectacular views onto the beach and surrounding grounds of Hacienda Pinilla. The house spacious and well equipped. The TV area was very comfortable and the beds were too. One of the dishwashers did not work but we were informed of this. The other one seemed like it could do with being replaced. The toaster didn’t work. Overall, we would highly recommend this location and these comments are merely to enhance what is a great house with wonderful amenities.

We chose this house because of its location within Haciena Pinilla. Mostly because of the bike trails and access to the Bikecraft shop. Jonathon at Bikecraft did not disappoint. He had our 10 bikes ready for the week and we thoroughly enjoyed the bike trails and riding to the beach club, the Marriott and Lola's in Playa Avallenas! The house was most comfortable for 5 couples. Natalia was available to accommodate our requests at anytime. We really appreciate her service as well as Jaimes services. Thank you Mr. MacDonald for opening your beautiful home to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay! Our only disappointment was to learn that we needed to reserve golf carts at least one month in advance.

Property, beach and location all exceeded our expectations. Batería and the team were there for our every need, and we can be a needy group. Highly recommend it for a fun get away to paradise!

We had 2 families staying in the house and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and comfortable. Natalia and Elsa took care of every detail for us beforehand and during the stay. They had arranged for Henry to drive us to town/excursions and he was awesome and reliable. The sunsets from the beach are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the monkeys in the trees at the house and on our golf cart rides inside Hacienda Pinella. We ate in town several times, but at the house we had some breakfasts prepared for us that were delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to let Natalia and Elsa take care of your trip!
