Luxury Poolside Paradise w/ Palm Trees & Lake Views-10 Mins to Downtown Naples!

We were first time visitors to Naples with very little knowledge of the area and after scanning multiple listings we landed on this property Luxury Poolside w/ Palm Trees & Lake Views and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The owner’s home was exceptionally clean and well appointed with upgraded furniture, fixtures and modern appliances. The 3-bedroom layout was perfect for the two of us (retired) and we really appreciated being in a gated, well maintained and quiet community central to numerous restaurants, beaches and groceries. The pool was heated and very nice but we didn’t get to use it much as the weather was unusually cool for Florida during our stay (mid-sixties). Bummer. We strongly recommend this home away-from-home located 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport which we came in from out-of-state and rented a car.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! And communication with our host Heather was great! Always quick to reply and very pleasant. The house has top of the line furnishings and beautifully decorated. The pool/lanai was wonderful and relaxing overlooking the lake, and the pool was kept at the perfect temperature. They had more than anyone would need for a nice active vacation, although we just used the beach chairs/umbrella and coolers. They also had all you need to cook in or grill out as well as all the basics you need for a weeks stay in a home. It was much appreciated & noted. Definitely will be back! Amazing home in a wonderful community! The home was clean and the pool and lake were an added bonus. Plan to drive 10-15 minutes in any direction to get to any resturants and/or beaches. The hosts were wonderful as well. Thank you for helping make our Naples vacation a good one.

We had an absolute incredible stay in this property. Even before our arrival Heather helped us through our booking process, making it seamless and convenient. Upon our arrival we felt right at home! Her home was immaculate, warm and was above and beyond what we expected. Everything and anything we could have needed was available to us in this home and the beautiful lanai with pool overlooking the pond was truly serene and peaceful. Heather was a wonderful host, and her attention to detail and kindness made our experience as a family even more special and memorable. The Briarwood community was beautiful and not only did we feel very safe it was conveniently located next to shops and restaurants and other attractions. This was by far one of our most wonderful stays! Thank you to Heather and her family!

Our stay in this home exceeded our expectations in Briarwood. My family and I have been vacationing in Naples over the last four years and we were extremely pleased with this home. We loved that this was a gated community with 24/7 security. We’ve always felt very safe in Naples, but this is always a plus! Its the perfect, exclusive, quiet neighborhood. It’s so close to everything we enjoy doing. It’s minutes from downtown, grocery stores, Sam’s Club, Target, Ulta, Mercado, and Celebration Park Food Trucks. We were also only about 15 to 40 minutes from the Miromar Outlets, Pop Stroke, and Jet Blue Park. The oversized pool and view from the lanai overlooking the water and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of our time back there. The house was immaculate, with everything you need in the kitchen, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition, which we truly appreciated. The house is tastefully decorated, the mattresses were very comfortable, and linens felt so soft! We also loved the living room sofas that smoothly reclined making it so cozy for a movie at the end the night. We enjoyed riding the bikes, playing corn hole, and basketball. The owners definitely thought everything out to make sure our stay was as pleasant and possible. Heather made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival making our check-in incredibly easy.This was certainly one of our favorite homes and we look forward to booking again soon!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Would definitely stay again. The home is spacious, fresh, clean, comfortable, and attractive. Checks all the boxes and then some! We loved using the private pool or just lounging poolside in lounge chairs or at the table. It overlooks a pond, and we enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife (even spotting river otters one morning). We wanted a relaxing vacation and we got it! It would be possible to have a more active stay, using the provided bikes, beach gear, etc. Maybe next time. :)Communication with the host was consistently prompt and helpful. No reason to hesitate booking this property!
