Two additional bedrooms feature king beds with patio access, while a fourth offers a deluxe bunk setup with a queen and full.

Two beautifully designed guest baths—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo—along with a full laundry room ensure ultimate comfort during your stay.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home and outdoor areas throughout their stay.

This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, the gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, and bar, as well as the backyard amenities—pool, hot tub, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, lounge areas, and fire features.

The property is reserved exclusively for your group, ensuring a luxury experience.

Minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 cleaning fee.

Parking available in the driveway (up to 4 vehicles) with additional street parking as needed.

Pets are not permitted unless a special exception has been granted by the owner prior to arrival. Violations will result in $1,000 fine.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted and will be strictly enforced. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction

The pool is typically maintained between 80–85°F early April through mid-October though slight variations may occur depending on the weather. No pool heating fees during that time. Upon request with an added fee, the pool can be heated during the off-season (approximately $100/day).

For your safety and security, exterior cameras are in place to monitor outdoor areas. They’re never used inside the home. Please don’t cover, tamper with, or disable them without the owner’s approval.

Noise decibel monitors are in place (they don’t record conversations, just sound levels).

For everyone’s safety, we ask guests to sign a Pool Waiver and Release of Liability before their stay. Please also remember that glass isn’t allowed in the pool area. We’ve provided plastic dishes so you can still enjoy food and drinks by the water worry-free.

    Well appointed and designed home that had all the amenities for my holiday stay w my extended family. The owner/host was very attentive to our needs and moved quickly to reserve our home as we had our other VRBO ower cancel on us a day before our Xmas trip. Great location too w a quick trip to Del Mar beaches, restaurants and shopping.
