Very spacious and comfortable condo with views of the ocean in a very nice complex. Owners very responsive and pleasant. Great location for touring area and spending time with family.

Wonderful home that is well appointed. We have stayed here several times and will continue to in the future. Great location and sweet owners. Feels like home away from home.

This was a nice, comfortable stay for our family of four. It was plenty roomy and in a convenient location. Hosts were helpful and quick to respond to questions. We walked to the pizza place for dinner one day, and the coffee shop is walkable too. The week we were there was unusually gray and rainy. The heated pool and hot tub were lifesavers for our kids. My husband and son brought racquets and used the tennis court often too. The kitchen is well stocked. You definitely need to be comfortable with stairs to stay here. The height gives the living room and primary bedroom levels nice views, and the stairs helped me close the exercise rings on my watch. :) We’d stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location! Carrie and Nancy were so accommodating and extremely easy to communicate with. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen which was a big plus. There was a nice on-site park with a little playground which was nice for our little one. The house has 3 separate levels as noted but it didn’t cause any issue for us at all. We felt very safe in the community too!

Great experience and very responsive communication

We stayed at the condo with our extended family over New Years and had a wonderful time. The property is lovely and the location is fantastic. We enjoyed walking to the beach every day, hiking at Torrey Pines, playing at the playground etc. The kitchen has everything you would need, the beds are comfortable, nice patio with a great view. The coffee pot was broken when we arrived and Carrie had a new one delivered immediately. Thanks Nancy and Carrie for a great stay!

Easy walk to heated pool, beach, coffee shop, restaurants. Comfortable, modern, clean accommodation. The owner was in contact from the moment of booking and available by phone/text throughout the week long stay. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner without any problem, and ate at the very big dining table. There’s a balcony that runs the length of the dining area and beautiful view. Master bedroom on top floor was a beautiful extra large space with sweeping views of the green and ocean from a wall full of windows. It was very private with a king sized bed, and a sofa and fireplace. We were able to put the pack and play crib in the area between the fireplace and the sofa for the nearly two year old. Two bedrooms on the main floor that both had queen beds and wall mounted tv’s and a shared bathroom across the hall and sliding door access to patio outside. Bedroom downstairs on the lowest level with bunk beds would be great for older kids. All beds were very comfortable and as a fussy person regarding quality sheets, I can say they were all lovely! Highly recommend this place.

Part of me did not want to write this review so that we always have this place available in sunny San Diego :) What can I say, this place is great; its clean, well outfitted and is in a wonderful quiet sub-division with easy access to the beach. Highly recommended.

Great place and great lication!

We stayed here for our daughters horse show in Del Mar and it was a perfect stay for the show and a getaway. Plenty of space and privacy with the master being on different floor and a very spacious retreat from the rest of the house. Walking distance to beach which was awesome and the condo was stocked with plenty of amenities and then some. One of the best Rentals we’ve stayed in to date. We’ll be back for sure.
