Perfect family property set up for beach time and family graduation celebration. Lots of space and well set up kitchen! Loved our stay here!

Great stay, this was an ideal property for our family w/children & grandchild-everything we needed! A perfect location & the host was easy to communicate with.

Fantastic rental for families. Much bigger than we expected with plenty of space for our group (4 adults and two kids, using all the rooms). Lots of great amenities for traveling with kids including a big wagon to take to the beach, beach toys, books, kids plates/cups etc. The beach is such an easy walk and really lovely. There was the perfect amount of surf as well; some waves farther out for boogie boarding but very gentle closer in for our toddler to splash around. Wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby too. A great base for our multi generational family gathering!

My family - with three kids - loved this house! Close to everything - we walked to the beach and dinner every day. Can’t best the location! The house itself had everything we needed and when I had questions they were quickly answered. Highly recommend!

Very spacious rooms with really well stocked kitchen for doing home meals; great hot tub and backyard seating area; easy walk to beautiful pacific beach. Also walkable to shops, restaurants. We had a lovely time!

Fantastic property, location and hosts!!Perfect for our group of seven. Just a 5 min walk to Beaches, restaurants, bars and grocery stores.They were able to provide an early check-in and a late check-out to accommodate our flights!!

This property is excellent! Spacious, clean, well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Outdoor space is great. Our group spent a lot of time out there. The host was friendly and responsive. Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect. A lot of communication. But loved it! Really close to the beach and the house is in great condition in the beds are really comfortable. Definitely would rent again if we're here!

Everything about this property was amazing. The floorplan was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is a big plus with the putting green, grill and plenty of seating. I can't say enough about how well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking so easy. The walk to the beach was really convenient. We would definitely stay there again. The host were very accommodating too!

Property had everything we needed and more. My only suggestion is the couches need to be cleaned especially the arms. It would have been nice to have TVs in the other two king bedrooms. Otherwise our stay was great! Great space and not too far from the beach.

Great house, clean and well- maintained.

We were extremely impressed by not only the property but also the hosts! The air conditioning was not working and they not only had it fixed (when it required replacement of a part), they coordinated the repairs when we were not in the home. We would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay in Pacific Beach at this beautiful house only a couple blocks from the beach. The house is immaculate, recently renovated and in a perfect location. I highly reccomend for families looking to enjoy sunny san diego.

Wonderful house! It was just as shown and very comfortable. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and baths were very nice and the backyard was great! We are a family of golfers so the putting green was really fun. Will be back!

My family and I just had an awesome 4 night stay at this home. Check in was super easy and the host was great to communicate with. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the house was spotless, and fully stocked upon arrival. The outdoor area was a highlight! The location is excellent and a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants! We will absolutely stay here again!!!

This place is a dream. We walked to the beach every day, which is about a block and a half away. There is an excellent fish restaurant a couple of walks away. Wonderful location.The home is delightful and updated. They had everything we needed to travel with our three-year-old and six month old. Some of the wonderful details: a Bosch dishwasher, children’s dishes, sparkling waters, and snacks upon arrival, tons of children’s books and toys. The folks who own this place thought of everything. What a treat.
