Luxury Oceanfront Retreat w/ Private Beach & Pool

The house and view where amazing. Very quiet, private setting with an awesome beach area and pool. We would definitely go back to this place.

We enjoyed the stay and the opportunity to be introduced to our daughter’s boyfriend’s larger family. We had a few small, easily addressable or communicated, matters in the first 12-18 hours, but the stay was greatly enjoyed. The community is very friendly and necessary shopping, restaurants, etc. are easily accessible. A wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the weather and the pool immensely. We also played volleyball and Jenga alot, as well as completed a 1000 piece puzzle. Lots of fun.

Beautiful property, great for all ages. Property manager was very accommodating and quick to to respond with any questions we had. If a little more privacy on the keys is what your looking for this is a great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house! Sometimes the pictures online of a property does not match when seen in person. However, the online pictures of the house and being there in person was the opposite. It was even better! We were so happy with all the space we had. From the bathrooms, big bedrooms, large kitchen, and seating area. We loved the pool area just as much! Some things to look into are the following:the chairs outside need to be tightened upwe were hoping for a large umbrella to use outside by the pool. This would be great for people that require more shade. Or even some sort of canopy that covers part of the pool. The Florida sun can be so hot!Having mirrors in all bedrooms would be a plus as well.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all. Thanks so much!!

Very nice had a few issues with the hot tub, awesome views

We were so pleased with this rental. It actually was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. We had 10 adults and were able to spread out and never felt in top of each other. Layout of living place was awesome. Heated pool and hot tub were really awesome as well. View can’t be matched. Great view of sunrise. Only downside is not wanting to get in the ocean here. The beach was great and very well maintained but the water is super shallow for very far out. Saw some people fishing in it though. Overall we loved it and would definitely come back.

Overall the property is a great vacation rental but our stay was spoiled by the construction of a new property next door. We stayed for around ten days with our family, the property was of a good standard although the kitchen was badly designed with limited storage for food etc if you were planning anything more than a couple of days stay. The quality of finish of the kitchen wasn’t great and below the standard I would have expected for a property such as this. The beach is just as it is described in the particulars, not possible to swim from or paddle in the ocean as the shoreline is thick deep mud. That said there’s a volley ball net there which we made use of. The biggest challenge for us was the construction of the new house next door, literally a matter of a few yards away. The workers typically arrived with their machinery at 6am every day - when I say machinery I mean pneumatic drills, diggers, cement trucks and the like. The noise was incessant and the workers were there every day (including Saturdays and Sunday) from 6 to at least 4. It really spoiled our entire vacation. If you plan to go here it’s worth checking with the agent if the work is still on going. We weren’t advised of it and so it was a big surprise to us when we arrived. There is also what appears to be a vacant lot on the other side of the property to the construction that looks prime for development and so I would imagine that construction could be an ongoing challenge here for some time.

The house was large and very clean. We had three families staying with 10 total people and we never felt cramped. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this place! Fire on the beach and waking up to coffee and sunrise!
