Guests access the home by walking up one flight of exterior stairs to the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will experience your first views of the crashing Atlantic Ocean waves through the wall of windows in the living room and dining area. From the foyer, you can either enter the living room, turn right to access the kitchen and dining area, turn left to access the master suite or enter a half bathroom. There is an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining area and kitchen with wall-to-wall windows looking out onto the ocean and beach. You can access the ground floor sun deck from the living room or master suite. There is a private access to the beach from the first floor sun deck. Take the interior staircase to access the four bedrooms, three bathrooms and office located on the second floor. You can access the second floor sun deck from the two oceanside bedrooms. There is a laundry room located behind the kitchen.

    We enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable weekend in Folly with college girlfriends for our 18th annual reunion weekend. The property was perfect for us from the common space, adequate beds/baths, and most importantly the beachfront views! We also enjoyed a nice in Charleston for dinner which wasn’t far. Would absolutely recommend and return again! Thank you for hosting us!

    Gorgeous house. Views are unsurpassed. Loved waking up and sitting on the deck with my coffee and watching the sun rise. I'm a runner and enjoyed running to the lighthouse point (2 miles) and to the pier (1.7 miles). Fun to watch the surfers come out in the later afternoons/evenings. And we spotted dolphins every day! The house had everything we needed to cook meals for a family of 8 plus an infant. Beds were comfortable, AC worked really well (it was hot hot out), there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. One word of caution: there were sharks hunting in waist deep water right in front of the house. My son and I had a close encounter with one of them. We saw sharks (5-6 foot hammerheads) in shallow water 2 of the 6 days we were there. I know shark attacks are rare, but in the future I would rent Sharkbanz from Carolina Salt before swimming

    Our three generation family has been vacationing on Folly for twelve years. Sunrise to Sunset has to be our favorite home. It is filled with glorious ocean views, superbly furnished with everything you could possibly need and a kitchen that our “chef” son was thrilled to use. The five bedroom, four and a half bath with glorious seating areas on the main level, large dining table and even a room for our puzzle fanatics, game playing family, was the perfect fit for our family. We would be thrilled to stay there again if available.

    The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We had ample communications the weeks preceding check in to ensure we understood the checkin process, location, and door code. The house was very well maintained and beautiful, large windows and doors made for a stunning view of the beach and ocean from pretty much anywhere inside. We had one issue with a leaky sink, notified the host and they had it fixed within just a couple hours which was impressive. The multiple bed rooms worked well for us and our friends, rooms had good soundproofing for kids of different ages going to bed at different times. We’ll be more than happy to rent this property again next year, definitely recommend iTrips as a host. Thank you!

    We had a fantastic time staying at Sunrise to Sunset. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our families. The kitchen is incredible with high end appliances. The bedrooms are all well laid out with large bathrooms. My family was lucky enough to get the master bedroom. As far as beach front homes we’ve stayed in in the past this home takes the cake. If you have a group of 12 or less do not think twice about reserving this home. It’s a little up the way from town (5 min) but it’s so much more quiet and you feel like you have the beach to yourself. This home has everything you can want. We will for sure look to stay here again.

    The house was beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Stunning views. The only negative was that the refrigerator did not work for the entire stay. While we were provided with two smaller refrigerator/freezers - they were small and we had to limit our shopping and make multiple trips so as to keep the food from spoiling. A repairman showed up on our last morning without warning.
