Stayed Aug 5, 2023We always love to stay at Nautilus House! It has everything we need, it’s clean and comfortable, and it’s just steps from an almost-private beach. What more could you ask for??

Stayed Jul 18, 2020Property manager was great and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. House is older but was recently renovated and provided all the comforts and amenities of home. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for us to share meals together and have our own space to escape to. There is also an outdoor fire-pit that I don't recall seeing in the listing and they even provided firewood. Location was EXCELLENT - walk out the back door and your on the semi-private beach...drive 7 minutes and your in the middle of the Kennebunkport with extensive shopping, dining and excursion experiences. The only thing we missed was access to local TV broadcasts and the wifi in one room (Den?) was weak which caused the TV to go out a few times. Overall and excellent experience and would be thrilled to be able to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020We’ve been renting beach houses in the area for about 25 years and this was by far our favorite! The house is fantastically clean and comfortable. The beach is lovely and quiet. Jamie was a very helpful property manager. Really could not have been better!
