Beautiful house in the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and all went smoothly, especially once we adjusted to the pool door alarm.

We loved our stay at this wonderful house. The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool and beach. We hope to visit St Augustine again soon.

Lauren & Rich are fantastic hosts and the house reflects it. The beachy-chic vibe throughout is bright and airy, and very clean. The kitchen is up to date and has quality pots & pans; I was even able to make some sourdough bread! Beds were very comfortable. Great location to get to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also a wonderful respite. The worst part was having to leave!

Beautiful beach house and amazing location

We all loved Rich and Lauren’s vacation home for our family’s first vacation together!! Their beach house was decorated beautifully and comfortable at the same time. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, the pier and a tasty French Bakery. The lighthouse was nearby for 219 steps to the top and a great view. A great vacation rental!

This property was perfect for a family wedding in Saint Augustine. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and all the wedding activities. Quite street, great views. We had the pool heated and even though it rained most of our stay, we still enjoyed the pool in the rain!!

Reservation to check in was so easy, the property is wonderful, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, the pool area is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need too. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, my family had a wonderful time and will be back soon!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was stunning! (I felt like a queen in my palace!) The property had plenty of room, and was supplied well with all the things we needed for the week. The pool is like a backyard oasis on a tropical island! The neighborhood was quiet and literally just a short walk to the beach. Rich provided a walk-thru of the property when we arrived…which was a first for us. I’m glad he took the time to walk us through this stunning property. This place is a 10 out 10! We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful family vacation…house was beautiful and they had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the pool.Owners were easy to communicate with and made the stay easy.Fireworks from the rooftop were amazing!

This house is beautiful, spacious and has all you need for a large family or group of friends. My family loved it! It’s provided with beach/pool towels, chairs (7 or 8 I think ) a wagon and an umbrella. They also have a few floats which was nice. They also provided plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent! I would have loved a direct beach view but you have a partial view. The short walk to the beach isn’t bad until you get to the thick sand. It’s a bit rough getting all your stuff through. Rich and Lauren have done a beautiful job with this home. Their assistant Destin was always responsive and helpful. We have rented several vacation homes and this one is by far the most equipped and beautiful! We hope to be back!

The owners are wonderful and the house is very comfortable. Very well appointed, everything we needed. Very clean, including the pool, everything maintained so well. The owners went beyond most by having “extras” like toilet paper, Kleenex,paper towels, dish soap, detergent that I didn’t have to go buy on vacation! You really feel like a wanted guest. Wonderful kitchen with nice cookware that wasn’t all scratched up.Beds were comfortable. Honestly, the only thing I would change is the pillows( too flat for us) but that’s just personal preference. The elevator was having maintenance done when we arrived and the owner actually carried our luggage to the rooms before I realized what happened. We could not believe how they go above to help accommodate us. Just amazing people. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The owners have an amazing house that they’ve taken great care of and it shows. we will definitely stay here again.This house is a 12/10!

This property has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Great layout, beach amenities, beautiful pool, game room, and rooftop deck with amazing views!

1 block from ocean, which you can see from the balconies, backyard heated (on request) pool, walking distance to Mexican and Caribbean restaurants, as well as putt putt. 20 minutes from old town St Augustine . Perfect for family vacation.

This home was beautiful inside and the location is in walking distance to the beach. We all enjoyed our daily walks down the beach. The home is located close to great restaurants and stores for anything you need for your stay.We would highly recommend.

This beach home rental was amazing! The home was just as the listing described and so many more amenities! We absolutely loved our time and all the comforts of a home away from home. The house was beautifully decorated too! We had the pleasure of meeting Lauren and she was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend booking this property!

The property was very clean and organized and the check-in process was extremely easy. My family had a wonderful time during our stay and loved the close proximity to both the beach and downtown. Highly recommend enjoying your time in St. Augustine at this lovely home!

We loved this house. The location is perfect, extremely close walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and the hosts were very attentive. Look forward to coming back.
