There are multiple spacious living areas throughout the home. The comfortably furnished living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and overlooks Mount Sopris and the surrounding mountains. The media room and bright sun room are furnished with unique log furnishings. These cozy spaces are great for game night or stealing a quiet moment with your favorite book.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen features stone countertops, high end appliances, double ovens and a breakfast nook for 2. The elegant dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably seats 8.

The primary bedroom suite inspires relaxation with a comfortable king bed, private access onto the front deck with magnificent views, and an en suite bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or a relaxing steam shower after an adventurous day of skiing or exploring the Valley.

There are two comfortable guest bedrooms, both featuring a queen bed, and the media room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, which sleeps an additional 2 guests.

Enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful views while dining on the back patio during warmer months. There is a barbecue grill for your use on the front deck.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). When cooking, please make sure that the kitchen is well ventilated by the fan and open windows and doors if necessary. If the smoke alarm goes off, it will automatically trigger a call to the fire department.

Dog friendly, PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE. Must be crated when left alone. Please request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival. Maximum of 2 dogs.

Though this home does not have air conditioning, there is an evaporative cooler for your comfort.

Community pool and tennis courts are not available for Guest`s use.

HOUSE RULES
A. Guest is responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Guest Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall rent this property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. It may be requested that Guest take trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal, and not before, per the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest.
G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure.
U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

    The website pictures cannot do this home justice. With a spacious layout and eye-candy views throughout, this is quite the mountain (i.e., worship) experience. The kitchen is well-stocked and friendly to use. Pet friendly with a fenced lawn. We couldn't have had a better stay, location, or experience!

    The property was fantastic, well equipped with a gorgeous view! We went as a group of 4 friends, one couple had a 3 month old baby. It was perfect for us, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, including pots, pans, knives, spices, oil, food processor, etc. The living/dining/kitchen was well laid out and felt very functional, and there were plenty of games/puzzles as well. The master bedroom was huge, and the other bedrooms were a nice size as well. The deck was beautiful and had a great view of what we think is Snowmass Mountain. We skied/rode at Snowmass as well, and the commute was about 30 minutes, what we expected. The yard was fully fenced and there were deer everywhere, we saw many every day. Overall it was a great stay for our group!

    Amazing views, open concept layout inside, fenced in yard (great for dogs) and close to Carbondale and El Jebel for food options. Went skiing in Snowmass both days and it’s a quick easy drive.

    Really enjoyed the location. House is great and close to things we wanted to do. Was a bit concerned about the pest control device in the fenced in yard so had to keep an eye on the dog when he was outside so he didn't bother it. Deck furniture was plentiful and loved the master shower; tons of fresh towels and bathrobes. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We would use this place again.

    The facility was excellent, and exactly as pictured. It was great to wake up with a view of Mount Sopris, and end the day on the front deck with the same view. We had a minor issue with no hot water the first night we arrived, but the property manager did a great job of diagnosing the problem and leading us through the steps to reset the hot water heater. They also refunded 30% of the cost of our first night’s stay for the inconvenience. Very considerate of them. We would go there again.

    Great spot for our group with spectacular views of Sopris! Easy to move around the valley (Aspen, Carbondale, etc) for skiing and exploring. Highly recommend this property.
